Our strategy for Angry Birds Surf and Turf level 16 is to launch the first blue bird at a high arch so it comes down and shatters the middle glass between the two lower towers. With a little luck that should just leave two pigs. Fire the white bird straight ahead and drop the egg bomb on the remaining pig on the left while having the white bird ricochet up, taking out the high tower. The score in the video below is 67,350.

If I put on my Sherlock Holmes hat here, like @congo does from time to time, I’d say that they made this level using the young Facebook platform. You can tell by the annoying Bah-Yah! Bah-Yah! sounds the birds make. They used to do that, but they don’t any more. Not to mention that the engine, and block breaking mechanism is quite different. It’s not even close to being the same.
First bird just like the video, and you have to break that little ice block on the corner. On ABO version, chances are that the tower will not fall like you see in the video, so if you want it to, you really need the quake to do it.
Second bird a little like the video, but not quite. Drop egg slightly later. Just late enough that you are able to kill the pig. This will give a couple more things a chance to collapse, and also cause at least partial damage to the large hollow stone blocks. Make sure you aim him so that he can still fly up and hit the pig in upper right.
Third bird – 10k bonus. Don’t bother trying to mop anything up – 80k
First bird like on video, but the middle structure does not fall. Then drop the egg on top of the blue horisontal plank, so the bird itself breaks the upper structure with the fisherpig. Then the last blue bird to the front pig and to drop whatever is left of the middle structure. 74K and three stars.
77K with the same three bird strategy. Also managed a two-birder for 78K.
Why are the new levels always so crashy?
Not aware of any issues with this update.
I read the AppStore comments on the update and they all said the levels were crashing, although I never had it crash, just restart the app when closes

74630 after about 15 attempts.
1st B/B forward, split early and take out first pig, and the two top pigs next to it.
2nd bird similar to video, but I managed to take out the upper tower and the fishing equipment.
Needs more damage on first shot.
Since I am the current no.1 here is what I did:
first bird high arch into glass section over the barrel.
Similar as in vid. But late split so all three of them hit the horizontal glass.
As usual the tower with the two pigs collapsed to the left.
But then also the tower with the 3 pigs started slowly to collapse to the right!
Debris worked just fine, because they didn´t collapse together!
Then w/b flat angle toward leftmost pig, dropping the egg just right of the vertical stone killing that pig. W/b went nicely upwards to hit the “ladder”, taking out the last pig plus some nice debris to the right – what luck that was…!

@emider This is a great strategy with a lot of luck. Able to get the results with the first Blue Bird twice but could get close to your score. Messed up with the White Bird’s angle. Will come back and try another day. Nice work with this technique.
Nice strategy @emider, but I’d have to agree with wrw01. This needs tons of luck to get the middle tower to fall on its own, but with persistence and patience, I believe high scores were achieved with this strategy :)
Seems like a blue bird has to break one of the vertical glass pieces in the middle structure for it to become unstable enough to fall to the right…but this does not happen very often.
Finally able to crack 81k but there is plenty more out there. High arc late split to the glass as everyone has mentioned to occasionally break the vertical glass piece and then be lucky enough for the tower to fall as a result of this. Second bird don’t choke and it’s fairly straightforward.

Barely above avg. darn birds don’t get that we are on the same team!! :(( ah well won’t stop me from repeating until they do what I pay em to do!! LOL And its nice you never feel threatened by sharing your high score strats! Very refreshing! :)
Nice one, emider – man, that level was a pain in the butt.
Just to clarify, split the blue bird at the level of the top of the blue squares on the tops of the middle towers. I had the most success with causing damage to the glass at the right base of the left middle tower when the blue bird entered about 1/3 of the distance from the left middle tower to the right middle tower.
On those rare occasions that the left middle tower collapsed to the right, I got my best results releasing the white bird when its bottom was even with the top of the horizontal line at the slingshot’s bifurcation, and dropping the bomb on the right base of the far left (short) tower.
If you are careful enough to follow these compulsive instructions, I believe that you will be very happy with yourself.
This isn’t a high scoring strat, but will get you three stars:
First bird into glass bridge and wall of first tower.
Second bird bomb into helmet pig – bird will bounce up and take out pig in the high tower.
Third bird into glass wall of rightmost tower.
I thought I’d never make above average!!! Finally managed it with three birds. First shot like emider describes, splitting late and having all three hit glass plank in middle. The tower with the three pigs didn’t fall right (it rarely did for me) then second bird like video. I let WB get as low as possible before dropping egg. Third bird at firt pig and the remaining helmet pig and some debris in the middle. I’m very glad to move on from this level!

Given some of the scores I’ve seen here, it seems certain that a power-up was used. The strat I want to read about is that of the current leader, who has managed to beat manu malin
I have never squabbled with a score verified by admin, but this one continues to trouble me. I wonder if @tammy91k provided a strategy in addition to a screen shot of her score?
I always find it curious, and again troubling, when a Top Scorer with a score far above 2nd place has nothing to say, knowing they have benefitted from the comments of fellow flingers. I’ve been wanting to get that off my chest for a while…

Sorry, I happen to post all my strats on a different site. On this one I did as mentioned above, blue high up, late split to get one of the vertical ice holding the middle structure. One in 8 times on average the middle structure will fell to the right sometimes with great damage. W/b in between first and second structure and bounce up into the tower on right. 90k not impossible.
Thanks for the reply Manu, I know a lot of people were wanting to know if you figured out anything creative like you did on level 30. Do you post your strats on Angry Birds Score? Or another site?

Finally some decent score above average – 73060. I was totally discourage on this level and it is first in update.
And I am not sure that 67k is 3 stars. I think I had 67120 and didn’t have three stars until I got above 68k.
84650 with a completely different strategy.
1. First blue bird high arc, split immediately. Nearest bird takes out left pig. Middle bird takes out the glass over the barrel. For my 84650 game, the glass on the right of the structure with the threes pigs broke allowing it to topple.
2. Second bird drops egg on debris and takes out right structure.
1 bird remaining.
Most of the time the structure with three pigs won’t fall. So I high arc the bomb bid drop the bomb to cause it to collapse to the right and take out the upper structure for 78-79k. If the structure falls left instead of right, you get a lot fewer points.
