Our strategy for Angry Birds Star Wars Tatooine level 1-12 is to launch Obi-Wan towards the bottom of the first structure. Initiate the Force upon impact. Blocks should be sent flying to the right, destroying all the pig-troopers.

53.370 one flatter shoot. 2-nd best 52.230. Point for Obi Wan – near the 4 wooden blocks.
I was stuck at 54K here for long time. After series of 53K shoots I was improved at 56.230 :). Trooper during shooting fall rotating to the left side and nicely cleared some equipment.

51k-52k strategy
1st bird- Send Obi-Wan head-first to the front part of the structure and activate the force when your bird is at a little distance away from the structure. This should topple the whole structure with debris.
Send Obi Wan into the two wooden blocks on the left structure. Activate The Force just before impact. This consistently gives 53-54k and once in awhile 56k! Fun level.

Nice tip @bird-addict, right at the middle of the upper wooden blocks. I activated the force right as Obi-wan reached the metal frame up the side. Thank you!

@bird addict, thanks for the tip. I was struggling with this level, but now I have 54K. I’ll be back later (I’am a little bit behind because I just returned from a 2 weeks holiday in Jamaica) for the 56K :-)
2weeks in Jamaica sounds like something I might consider giving up some bird-time for…hope it was wonderful!

And also,thanks to all who went before and left their wisdom along the way for those of us that had to wait an agonizingly long time to get their hands on all things Angry Birds! All the tips have helped me so much! How do you all get your scores to post beside your usernames? My second trip through the game now, I notice my light saber is green? Wasn’t it blue before?
@mecstavler welcome to the nest :) your on your second round of POTJ after you complete the first time with 3 stars on all levels you get a new more powerful light saber and obi wan gets stronger..i haven’t got that far yet..as far a score check out the leaderboards and enter your score simple as that:) also you can look above and it will be a box that says’last score entered’ click change and a box will come up to enter your score..:) hope this helps..
Woo hoo !!!! , i aimed according to @bird-addict between the two horizontal wood blocks i tapped the force in front of the vertical glass blocks in front of trooper consistent 34k then i guess the ‘L ‘ factor kicked in yay!! Good luck all may the force be with you:)
This method that @bird-addict put forth regularly produces 52k+ results, a few more details if you want to squeeze the last few points out:
1) Using full power aim the tracer right in the middle of the 2 Wooden Blocks of the Left Tower.
2) Activate the Force when Obi-Bomb Kenobi is about 1cm from that tower.
3) The best place for the activation point I found to be in the gap between the Second and Third Tower.
A little luck is needed to surpass 56k, especially if you get collateral damage from Laser Blasting Pig Trooper.
We are pretty consistently getting over 50K (high over 54K) with a bit different technique – aiming Obi Wan bird a bit below the midpoint on the first stack moving in a straightforward tragectory, then using the force just before impact (selecting a point slightly higher than impact point on the opposite side of the stack). The force will send the whole stack flying, destroying all pigtroopers and the majority of the debris.
I did the same thing but with double force and got a score of 54010
