Angry Birds Star Wars Facebook Tournament Level 5 Week 15 – March 29th 2013

Walkthrough video and strategy for Angry Birds Star Wars Facebook Tournament Level #5 (Day 5, released on March 29th) Week 15 which began on March 25th, 2013. Our non power-up strategy is to send Han Solo over the top steel wheel, and aim his blaster backward at the vertical block behind the pig-trooper. The shots should ricochet into the top pig and cut the ropes above the tnt boxes. The resulting chain reaction should clear most of the pigs. Use a second bird, if necessary to destroy any remaining pig. The score in the video below 98,470.

Our Angry Birds Star Wars Facebook Tournament walkthroughs show you how to obtain 3 stars, most of the time without the aid of Power-Ups (we do make exceptions). If you have a different strategy feel free to leave a comment below; however, don't just post your score via the comments. Tournament walkthroughs are added weekly as new levels come out, so be sure to check the walkthrough page.

Aim Han Solo at the first bottom pig, firing at the top of the rope holding TNT at the last moment. Laser should strike through structure holding ST pig and the rope, the TNT doing its thing. Fling next Han over the top wheel, firing back at the bottom wood block – all over, Red Rover. Score 99850 (PC)

100320 after a few more tries with this strategy. Fire the second shot back at the wooden block from a high angle – not parallel.

couldnt get more then 97k this way, but when doing backwards, ur strat is makin 98-100k ;) Shootnig 1st bird back around middle of tower as fast as it clears steelwheel so it ricochets downward softening right structure for 2nd shot.

I aimed Han at the upper horizontal planks in the first tower and shot through them to the TNT string. Second Han to clean up any remaining pigs. 97k+ so far, but with luck the potential is higher, I think.

Similar to @stuey, but different enough to be considered an alternate strategy.

Fling Bird 1 at the bottom left pig, and just before impact, shoot at the lattice structure holding up the hanging pig. You’ll have to time the shot precisely to squeeze one blaster bolts through the gap. You want to leave the TNT hanging where it is for now.

Second shot is like the first shot of the original video, going up and over the top left tower and shooting back at the steel inside of it, except with one major difference: You don’t want to cut the ropes holding the TNT, you want one of the blaster shots to hit the TNT directly. It pushes more stuff to the left when it’s a direct shot.

This method got me a 101,840 with no PU’s, but a lot of times trying.

Well, you simply must do exactly as the video shows, but with a simple difference. shot the second bird just after activating the gun of the first bird, do not wait!

You will have better scores that way.
