Walkthrough video and strategy for Angry Birds Star Wars Facebook Tournament Level #1 (Day 1, released on May 27th) Week 24 which began on May 27th, 2013. Our strategy for this level is to send Leia towards the bottom of the lowest asteroid, and aim her tractor bean at the south pig. She should just skim the south side, slightly pushing it into the bubble pig. The score in the video below is 57,990.

Princess Leia this time!! A simple one bird level which leads the score of 57K achieving 3 stars..
Fire Leila just under the bottom rock/asteroid and tag the top rock as Leila passes. Top rock knocks starpig and bottom rock, the orbits to destroy bottom structure while the top structures are destroyed by the asteroids. PC version score 58,930.
Aim just below bottom asteroid and tag the top asteroid as Leila passes. Timed well, the top asteroid will knock starpig and bottom asteroid, destroying the top structures, while Leila orbits and destroys bottom structure. PC score now 61,050.
60570 using your strategy. I aimed Leila at the most left asteroid.
Got 59,730 with this strategy! Could go higher but not worth losing a crystal everytime I try. As long as I’m ahead of my friends I’ll stop. Wonder if that was the goal of Rovio, getting people to stop playing…
aim Leila at bottom asteroid in order to hit the space pig, then pull at the bottom structure…..chain reaction follows…58,130

@sal9 … It appears you made a tiny boo boo typo thingy. The video shows a score of 57990, not 87990. hey, it happens to all of us … just thought you’d perhaps want to know this.
My bird never shows any of the tractor beam so I actually have no clear way of seeing what’s going on. I get things to break and got 3 stars, but is anyone else missing the tractor beam visual?
I don’t get the tractor beam visual either. I play via Safari on a Mac – don”t know if that has anything to do with it.

Just got 60,310 using Little John’s strategy – two rocks fell down and demolished the structure. Thanks
61,150 no power ups….. used same method as @DeanyZ1 … i have an “improved” strategy which is to place cursor on the TINY astroid to the left of the top big one…. the tractor beam will grab BOTH of those asteroids, and thry both usually plummet to the core of the planet. also, wait longer rather then shorter when deploying the beam… this will drag them a little more to the right , ensuring you pop the pip and not miss him (argh)…. then they actually ricochet off the pig a little and run into the other large astroid before they all come down… i’ve even gotton a 4th (another tiny one) astroid to fall to the planet as well…. however, the non-power up score i posted above was just before i started doing that, and was just a luckier tumble then my others…. obviously 71k + should be possible with the clone bird…. good luck

61,400 no PU with just grabbing left big boulder and dragging it into pig . it bounced back into other big boulder both fell for massive damage
