Angry Birds Star Wars Cloud City Level 4-17 Walkthrough

Our strategy for Angry Birds Star Wars Cloud City level 4-17 is to fling Luke just beneath Boba Fett, slicing him with the lightsaber to release his vengeance. Boba Fett will travel straight up and break the bridge above, dropping boulders onto the main structure. Use Leia to finish off the level. The score in the video below is 88,980.

There is a nice way of achieving a good score by actually turning Boba Fett towards the lower building and finishing it off totally. It gives you good debris points too. Then use Leia in the middle or towards the corners of the upper boulders.

IamMighty’s strategy is the same as I used and, for now, seems to get more points than the one-birder of sending Boba Fett upwards. When using Leia aim for the join between the right two sections of platform for maximum destruction.

I rised +11K with 2B doing like film method without knowing it. IamMighty not wrote how to encourage BF to change direction. My way is to NOT use lightsabre. Just ping BF helmet by Luke. With some luck he will clear almost all flor staff. Next stick Leia’s gum to celling between 2nd & 3rd part of it. It cases to pull all celing down. 101K+ frequently happend.

To ping BF helmet, lob Luke high so he bounces off the top of the helmet. I got my best results when I released him just before BF bottoms out. I got 106k with both one and two birds with the one bird score a little higher. I found that second shot difficult to pull everything down consistently.

This is also the method that I used. Thanks @iammighty and also thanks to @abcrazy for the added tips! I did manage to get some one birdies but only when Boba goes up top first, then the falling debris takes out the bottom porkers but the scores were never very high. I managed 105060 with tow birds. Boba needs to clear out almost all of the bottom debris to end up with a decent score. I aimed Leia at the junction of the right side and was able to pull down the whole top section ;-)
On your one birdie…Did Boba fly up to the top AFTER tearing through the bottom?

@lesleyg Yes, I believe that’s what happened, he cleared the bottom first, then turned toward the top. I think….. I can’t honestly remember very well though.

One thing that I found to help ping BF helmet in just the right area was to aim Luke with a high arc that just barely misses the upper left corner of white structure. Just as Luke passes this corner, activate the sabre. This slightly slows Luke down & he’ll almost always land in the middle tipping BF rightwards taking out the bottom structure. When it all comes together, 55k-57k is not uncommon. I actually just had a 1-birder taking out most of the top after taking out most of the bottom for 103680.

With Leia, I generally had better results when grabbing as far right as possible.

While I’m now stuck on 106450 on Android phone, I’m hoping this post in part works as a ((((whine)))) & I can improve another 2k since I just can’t seem to optimize both my 1st & 2nd shots together.

Thanks @justpast40 – your suggestion for slowing down by activating the saber at the top left corner always sends BF to the bottom. I can almost always get everything down by sending Leia’s “bubble gum” to the right. My problem is that all this gets be is 99k max. I showed up for challenge with 103, lol. Hoping as I continue reading there’s a hint to get BF to go UP that’s as good as your hint to get him to clear the bottom. (I almost finished that with a different phrase but we are PG here, lol.) Managed a 1 birder for 85390 :(
Fairly sure I’ve got the aiming point right, just can’t get the timing. seems to be just as Bobba starts dropping

One bird: High arc to finish on top of Boba Fett. This will move him to the right, through the lower building. When it stays above the ground, he will eventually turn upwards destroying the upper boulders. When Boba Fett hits the ground, it will be destroyed.

I took a moment to snap this picture. It’s the result I achieve with 99% of my attempts at this level. It represents what remains after 2 birds and results in a final score just over 100,000. I can MAYBE see where another 4,000 came from for my personal high score of 104,000 after 2 birds. I think there might be a platform difference here because I can’t imagine there is 8,000 – 10,000 points worth of debris for me to pick up. Could someone let me know if they see higher scores on different platforms with this same amount of debris remaining? I want to be clear – I am not on ANY way questioning anyone else’s scores. I’m trying to understand if I need BF to completely sweep every speck of dust from the floor to break 105,000 or whether it’s even possible on an iPhone? The 1 bird clear eludes me so I get that there will be no puppy for me tonight, lol. But I can’t even see how coming within 10k of the high is possible. Thanks in advance to anyone who has advice!

@wicket182 – I watched that video, thanks. That’s pretty much how things go for me. Was your great score with one bird? I think this must be it – a complete sweep of the bottom followed by a lucky upturn to drop the entire top. @peejaydee27 – I’m thinking your 108 must be the highest possible 2 bird score so wtg!

Hi @maiasatara. Yes, it’s very difficult to understand the scoring logic here. The only observation I have is that if BF destroys most of the bottom structure, but does not self destruct in the process, he flies off screen and then destructs unseen for extra points. I think he is worth 5K himself, but I’ve noticed my score go up more than 7K after he disappears, so I can only assume there are “off screen” points being added. Still can’t break 106K though. (Using iPad Air).
