A little bit more reliable may be to throw him over the hover craft. A rocket will hit the craft but not destroy it. After the craft has been hit (immediately, you don’t want the tongue to be too long), grab the back of it and swing one full rotation, then let go so that Jar Jar flies into the tnt. Meanwhile, another rocket should hit the craft and destroy it, and the tank destroys itself.

Alternative: Send Jar Jar under the hover craft. Grab on to hover craft such that tongue is fairly short, and hang on. The tank will shoot and destroy the hover craft. Pieces of the hover craft will fall on the tank and damage but not destroy it. Meanwhile, Jar Jar drops (hopefully) onto the left structure. Sometimes he vanishes too soon, but sometimes he stays long enough for the tank to shoot at him, destroying much of the structure. The damaged tank blows up when it shoots again.

When Jar Jar stays around long enough for the tank to shoot again, I reliably get 64k scores, with occasional higher ones when the destruction of the left structure goes well.

I made swap to Vader.
I aim highly, and the goal is the center of the main structure.
It was very difficult to achieve 1-porker.

The video is about flat arc. I went high lob. Spiral move was clockwise. The rest is near @furfeather description. Tank shoot as crazy, JJ body must survive, left construction must be hit twice.

Two birds for 70k

1. Lando into front structure, shooting up into floater, destroying front of structure. Tanks blows up right side of structure.

2. Han Solo to the same spot, destroying as much debris as possible, tank second shot kills tanks.

Pretty repeatable.

Win this level by a robot and a Jedi Master: R2D2 and Mace Windu!
Fling R2D2 to main of two small wooden blocks in left of the tower and then activate electric power so that you destroy the long wooden block below those small blocks, too. The Battle Droid that running a tank shoots a rocket and crashes right side of this tower.
Then flingMace Windu to Battle Droid that flying and then shoot light saber to the tank and two TNT boxes in right of it.
You can get over 63,000 points by this strategy. Watch this video:

First try with JJ grabbing hovercraft from above after many tries from below resulted in one border. 66,600. Thanks!

My luck with both the over and under strats have worked well at 67k each. The over strat like the video got a couple hundred points more.

I switched to the Imperial Officer like @waytrain. Fire a bit to the right of straight up. One shot to the tank, one to the floating seahorse-looking thing (so that the tank explodes when it hits the tnt and the seahorse explodes when the tank fires at it), then empty the rest of the shots into the structure and hope for the best. I’m not convinced there’s any particular difference between what’s possible with Imperial Officer and Chopper on this level — the final score just depends on the luck of which blocks crumble at the end, like most levels.
