One strategy for Utopia level 4-23 is to send the ice bird into the hollow wood block directly below the first flag. With enough force he will freeze the wood beam protecting the massive pig. Now the key to this strategy is to fire the blue bird at the inside edge of the atmosphere towards the pile of popcorn and kernels. Split the bird just before he enters the atmosphere so one blue bird hits the popcorn kernels. With a little luck this should send debris flying towards top planet and take everything out.

Really hard level though took me about an hour to do! Sent the frozen bird halfway through the 1st flag then sent the blue bird at the same angle breaking just before hitting the atmosphere

Alternative approach
Aim at left flag pole between roof and flag to freeze the bridge/beam and big pig (break rightmost triangle block).
Next shot similar to one listed above, splitting birds to break ice and one to pop kernels –and send frozen asteroid into beam to explode big pig, allowing sections castle to slide and blow up TNT.
I got a 3-star score of 110,420 using this approach.
This is slightly easier than one shown above which works ONLY because first bird breaks beam in left tower to freeze ENTIRE left side of the castle (That allows the right tower to slide and blow up TNT with second birds (popcorn and ice asteroids). Alternate approach causing sliding by removing the big pig.
Whatever the case it’s the SLIDING that detonates the TNT and clears the level.

Only difference I can spot is that I don’t bother splitting the 2nd bird early. Don’t know if it affects anything, though.

Good approach. I figured this one out, too. For the second bird, I split it when it is near the first ice boulder so that it takes out the lollipops and the popcorn. I was getting 110k to 115k. Trying tonight, I got 128k. I have no idea what happened differently, but I like it!

Got 113,390 without sliding the TNT. Just sliding the TNT won’t explode it. It can slide without exploding, and it can explode without sliding at all if you freeze it or hit it with objects such as debris or a blue bird. Freezing the big pig and then hitting it with a blue blid will explode the TNT, too.
I sent the blue bird through the left flag pole so it landed on top of the fat pig and then froze everything in the middle. I sent the second bird at the popcornn hitting the popcorn with all three birdlets. Debris rained down and chaos erupted.
118,930 with 2 birds.
Sent frozen bird like Jonbob described, through the post of the first flagpost. The bird should land above the big pig, freezing the pig as well as some of the surrounding stuff.
The 2nd bird, however, I sent towards the unpopped popcorn on the right, splitting the bird when it closes in on the popcorn. This will send popcorn up and into the atmosphere, taking the snowballs with it, and also killing the pig in space, and, if you’re lucky, take out the lollipop.
After this the snowballs will rain down on the structure, destroying the frozen stuff as well as the big pig. Note that, for this to work the big snowball usually has to fall straight down towards the big pig, and then split on contact. If it splits before it reaches the big pig the strategy doesn’t always work.
With the big pig gone, the two sides slide towards each other, collide and set off the TNT located at the bottom of one of the sides. This should destroy most of what’s left on screen. Also, if you failed to get the lollipop with the 2nd bird, debris from the explosion sometimes takes care of this.

Top score like with this method
1 – Aim the base of south flag to freeze the bridge, the big pig and the north side of the castle (This is very important if you want to set off the TNT located at the bottom with the 2nd bird )
2 -The 2nd bird, I sent to the popcorn on the right (aim the north part), splitting the bird when it closes in on the popcorn,this will take out the lollipop and This will send popcorn up and into the atmosphere,taking the snowballs with it, and also killing the pig in space, The big pig gone, the two sides slide towards each other, collide and set off the TNT located at the bottom of one of the sides.

115,470 I sent Mr Freeze over the tower, and into the giant pig and edge of TNT tower. Then sent the blue bird towards the space floating pig. Spit before impact so you gt both the pig and popcorn sending the meteorites falling to the ground clearing the level.

It seems like the strats here are basically all very similar. However, I will write the details of mine and include a screenshot and mark it as an alternate strat in case it will help anyone improve there score because the only different thing I did was a slightly different trajectory with the first Lazer bird.
First bird I sent right at the tip of the two blue triangles at the south flag pole. It clipped the blue triangles tip and kinda slowed it down and goes through and lands on middle helmet pig and slid left to freeze the bridge, the big pig and some of the left side of cement near the bridge, just East of the left most Helemt pig.
Second bird directly to the center pile of popcorn and split late just before they made contact. The popcorn explosion sends all the boulders to structure, pops big pig and they slid together to ignite tnt and flying debris took out lollipop and both sets of candy wrappers. If you look at the screen shot I’ve included you will see there wasn’t much debris left.

Yep, I remember my first Top Score, @lesleyg – don’t worry, your score is safe after that *cough* incredible description. And isn’t a picture supposed to be worth 1,000 words? Well, I hate to tell you this but your picture would most likely bring about 76 words at auction. What were you thinking? There isn’t anything interesting left to look at. Are you sure you uploaded the correct screen shot?. If we weren’t BFF I might have suggested that you Photoshopped this level, but even an average digital magician would have left a few more kernels of popcorn or even a wood plank or two. But no, you had to dash all of our hopes and dreams of attaining a top score on this level by intimidating us with your Angry Birds Armageddon. I suppose congrats are in order after you’ve held on to the top spot for… what… 99 hours now? Aloha.

TYTY AA….I tend to read every third word in these strats because I really am getting old here and time is of the essence. But when I put my glasses on and re-read your strat…I mean REALLY paid attention….I got a nicer score. Sorry for taking the top score from you AA :0) Strategy basically exactly the same but something weird happened on the second shot, the popcorn popped just right to push absolutely everything onto the planet and on top of the exploding TNT leading to almost total destruction.

The problem is that the points are accumulated until the waste moves, but the level of stops, because the pig died.
