One strategy for Utopia level 4-21 is fling the Orange bird near the edge of the atmosphere, having him fall between the first two towers. Managing to clear the level with a single bird will pretty much guarantee three stars, though combining more birds with more destruction can reach the threshold as well.

I put the orange bird On the first structure and it should crash into the wood part of the wall to destroy the pigs above and in the structures, launch a laser bird for any stubborn pigs, 2stars-120

Wow this level is showing off my OCD, lol. I have managed several 135K, 136K and my my high of 137570 with one birdie but have yet to get a high score AND the lollipop. It’s not really an alternate strat but I have a few tips and a screenshot that may help increase your scores and the chances of actually getting the lollipop which I have yet to do. I mean I have got a one birdie and the lollipop in one go but my highest score with that was like 129K. So that’s where the OCD creeps in…If I can get to the 137570 range plus 3k for the lollipop, I’d have 140K or better! So here’s my tip:
When you send OB over have him hit the little wooden square like in the video walkthrough but as he is falling down you want to manually inflate him a split second after he passes the horizontal cement plank in the second tower. It’s tricky…if you inflate him too soon, you don’t get enough of the bottom debris points across the board and if you inflate him too late then you lose the chance of getting all the floating bubbles and the lollipop. If you think you’ve waited long enough, wait a millisecond longer. I found by doing this you have a better chance of throwing debris up to get the lollipop and having OB float up with more force to get all the bubble pigs and more debris points. Another big factor to this level is to hope time is on your side as the counter likes to run out while you are still collecting falling debris points. here’s my screenshot. I hope it helps ;-)

TY AA @@lesleyg !!! Your tips helped me improve my score into the 130k range, which is now very repeatable (about 25% of the time). Here’s a tip I learned by trial and error….
If you manage to destroy most everything else except that pesky big pig in the bubble, aim LB almost straight up (so it leaves orbit), then tap the bottom edge of the bubble. LB will burst bubble and continue through to take out the lollipop. It’s possible to get 132k with two birds.

Frustration is…..getting a one birder with the lollipop and only scoring 123,000. Not even a 3 star.

@lesleyg you & your OCD – haven’t we talked about that before young lady? I have to admit mine kicked in on this level too, inching my score up & seeing so much potential for more. Your tips are perfect, I especially like the one about “if you think you’ve waited long enough wait a millisecond longer” – it’s very true. I think you need to get all the popcorn too.
I just grabbed top spot on this one with 143k & without getting the lollipop, so there is still room for improvement, though I’m going to give this one a rest for now. And following your fine tradition, screenshot shows the destruction, with the lollipop bubble still sitting pretty & untouched.

An odd thing I noticed, as the 2 wee piggies on the lower right fall down towards the bottom, about halfway down they get stopped in mid-air for a moment before continuing to fall. Haven’t noticed that happening to the debris.

@amslimfordy – top score is questionable – 40K over next best score. I don’t know if this is possible on this level.
