Angry Birds Space Pig Dipper Level 6-23 Walkthrough

Angry Birds Space Pig Dipper level 6-23 is quite challenging. Frustrating, really. One strategy is to send the Black bird into the southwest planet, destroying both pigs there. Aim just over that planet next, settling in the southeast planet and destroying the trio there. Finish off by pushing the asteroid onto the westernmost remaining pig, while blasting the two eastern ones. The score in the video below is 78,740.

Frustrated doesn’t come close to how I feel about this level;( The method I used to get 86k was to send 1st bomb up and around southwest planet exactly like 2nd bird in Slims video. Detonate just when it gets settled into the stones. Now the frustration really kicks in here! You really want to clear both bottom planets with as much rocks & wood as you can but the results are ridiculously varied. 2nd bird fire up into the north planet, past the boulder to enter the atmosphere which will loop you round & down through the wood/stone tower. Let bird just sit on the bed of rocks & manually explode, this should hopefully clear the entire top planet, unfortunately I’ve always had to clear up with the third bird as usually there’s one annoying piggie bobbing along somewhere;( I have been so close to a 90k+ with 2 birds that I’ll keep at it………did I mention this level is frustrating?!! Finally got in the 90’s with a completely different but consistently higher scoring method. 1st bird to the top left boulder. Hit it on the underside to push it into top left pig,the bird will then settle itself into the bundle of rocks below the tower. The explosion should destroy the area including the tower. Look for a good deal of damage (31k+) before moving on. 2nd bird to the bottom left planet as in my original first move. There was still an annoying pig left but actually using the 3 birds can be advantageous as you can normally get a surprising amount of extra points with flying debris. I’ll walk away happy now:) GL!

I have been sending the first bird just over the little pigs head on the NE side of the bottom left planet(the one that usually likes to bobble at us)and it circles around the bottom right planet and it comes around to kill those first two pigs, then lands next to the stones. The explosion hopfuly takes out all pigs on both bottom planets. I did this shot first because if all piglets don’t die…I reset.
Then second bird to just graze the bottom of the stone, which as mentioned above, gets pushed into top left pig and lands next to the stones of top planet. I noticed that if you wait for the stone to turn to when there’s one of the more obvious larger “bumps” in the stone…you can hit it lower on the stone so that it gets farther into the stones. If you graze it on a more flat surface of the stone then sometimes the BB flies short and you can’t get as deep into the stone pile. Much more debris/wood gets taken out when you can get in deep :-)
I loved this level. I had a lot of great outcomes. 92050 with two birds and 89900 with three ;-) GL @all!

2. Bird south of left planet into the boat of right planet landing next to pile of stones. Now 47k or 52k should be achieved, depending on how many pigs are left.

Followed pretty much what you described, 1st shot through the pigs on the lower left into the lower right planet. This knocked the tower up top down almost every time.
On the 2nd I aimed to clip the corner of the large boat on the lower left planet as it usually survives the 1st shot intact, you can catch the corner of it & still end up in the right spot on the right planet.
Then 3rd to clip the bottom of the boulder before landing on the top planet.
Higher scores came from destroying the asteroid & being lucky enough to have debris destroyed instead of blown into space.

Now just the top left pig should be left. Hit him directly with the third bird.

The good thing about this strategy is the possibility of getting a 2-birder without compromising the amount destruction.

By Extremepie

First bird enters the nearest planets gravity field at about 11o’clock. The aim is to loop over the two birds on the planet without hitting them and pass into the lower right planet gravity field. The bird just touches the water and skips off to loop around the planet and come to rest beside the pile of rocks having killed one or two of the pigs there. The subsequent explosion will hopefully take out all the pigs on the bottom two planets. Note that you have to be quite lucky to get all of them. If you do, a 2-birder is on, but usually a pig remains alive on the bottom left planet.

The second bird is a grazing shot aimed between the nearest big asteroid and the bottom left planet. The aim is to push the asteroid into the big pig on the top planet, this will finish the job. If there is still a pig alive on the lower planet you can use a third bird to get it.

I have managed 87760 with three birds on this, not got the 2 bird strategy yet, but the 2 birder is definitely on, it’s just luck to get all the pigs on the bottom two planets with the first shot.

Fire first bird towards the south of the southwest asteroid so it flies right above the surface of its ocean. The bird should then land right behind the pyramid of stones on the southeast asteroid. The detonation with lots of debris will finish of all the pigs on the two southern asteroids.
Fire second bird towards the rock which resides above the southwestern asteroid. After bird hits rock at the latters south pole both will fall on the northern asteroid finishing of the level with a score of 91k+. My current high score is 95’920.

I felt too lazy to think about a strat, so I used @acrobat1986‘s one which seemed successful, and it was. I might add that you can tune 2nd shot so that some debris (usually the rectangular brick on lower right planet) flies south south west, hits large rock below, that drifts west and that either directly enters lower left planet gravitational field or that hits small boulder, bounces upwards and enters grav field as well. There it can crush a few pebbles and self destroy for a few extra k’s. I presume that scores above 100k are achievable this way, although you may need to find a repeatable way to perform this 2nd shot, which I did not find (I succeeded maybe 3 to 5% of the time).

I am happy that this level appeared on the Daily Challenge as it allowed me to devise a new strat, contrarily to what I had lazily done for my previous top socre.

So, if you try to reproduce @comex666‘s vid, you shall have two issues: firstly, the tower of upper right planet is sent into space, which wastes many points, and secondly it is almost impossible to get rid of the small pesky pig rownig at the top of lower left planet. This made me think of a strat that would simultaneously deal with these two issues, so…

(i) First bird toward nearest pebble of lower left planet (the one near the alga). Adjust your shot properly (self activate) and you should send this pesky pig on its boat outside gravitational field. But this is not the end of the story. You want this pig to be sent into upper right planet gravitational field. When you succeed, two outcomes are possible. Either the pig and is boat remain on a ballistic trajectory, which leads them to leave gravitational field toward 2:00. This is not what you want. Or, because the pig and its boat should be spinning if you performed your shot correctly, it can happen that one of the oar clips big pig on upper planet. This is what you need. Small pig is slowed down, remains in gravitational field and somehow lands on tower, which slowly topples clockwise. You made it. Little pig as well as big pig on upper planet should still be there, but the tower is down, which was the goal. Independently of this, large pig of lower left planet should be gone as well of leftmost pig of lower right planet.

(ii) Take your time, hold you breath, and send your 2nd bird more or less as 1st bird of @comex666‘s vid. Aiming is a hair different since large pig of upper planet moved a hair clockwise after being clipped by flying pig, but you should make it in a few tries. Let Bomb senf activate, but now almost all debris are either destroyed by the blast of sent in lower right planet, getting rid of remaining pigs there. 97k is quite straightforward then (assuming you succeeded in first shot, which was the hard part), 100k possible.

(iii) I was still dissatisfied with this as only one out of the three big boulders was sent on one of the planet, but now comes le “L” factor. From time to time, one debris will be sent toward rightmost large boulder, which may or may not be sent south (here comes the luck), caught into gravitational field, and crash on ocean floor. 101k if all goes well.

(iv) Now comes the hard part, and the magic as well. Instead of taking your time with shot 2, shoot fast, somewhere in between small pig boat clipping large pig and small pig hitting tower. “When done correctly”, as would have said our belowed rodent, Bomb then self activates when toppling tower is more or less aligned along the Bomb-rightmost boulder axis. This may push this boulder very hard toward a highly unpredictable direction. This was the hard part. Now, the magic. It may happen that boulder is sent south exactly toward the limb of gravitational field. It send performs half of an orbit around planet, exits the gravitational field and play billiard with the three rocks that lie there. To my surprise I could witness that three out of the four rocks were sent on planet. Beautiful to watch, and well-deserved if you made it till there. The outcome should be this:

https://www.angrybirdsnest.com/members/sglouk/album/picture/26453/

Note that there are loads of points remaining on lower right planet, so that spening 3rd Bomb may help. In any case, one the boulder did not crash on planet on above image, so that 105k is certainly possible, maybe a hair more.

I am unsure the level designers ever had this in mind, but, well, we should not underestimate these guys.
