Angry Birds Space Pig Bang Level 1-21 Walkthrough

The best strategy for Pig Bang level 1-21 is to launch the Lazer bird above the main tower. When it is directly above the tower, redirect the bird through the horizontal wooden blocks between the stone pillars. The bird should pop the pig at the bottom and the tower should fall to the right.

I launched the first bird putting the target on the wooden blocks at the base of the tower. This caused the left side to colapse left and the right side to colapse right killing all pigs and destroying pretty much everything. Doesn’t work every time but got a score of 112,410

One thing that I found helpful in getting this strategy to work properly is to send the bird close to the ground along that slope in front of the tower, and then redirect it at an angle upwards so that the bird breaks the lowest horizontal wooden plank in addition to the wood blocks at the base. The towers fall much more easily this way.

I tried for an hour with the other strategy and this one I got the first time. Definitely the best way.

I improved to 112k using @austinrhl strat, it’s not that hard to do with a bit of practice. But I broke through only the hollow wooden square, I found breaking the wood underneath it made the towers less likely to fall right. I didn’t break the horizontal plank with the initial shot, but it broke fairly quickly once things started to fall. Thank you Austin!

If you pull back just the minimum amount, the bird flies very slowly and it is much easier to get the upward angle that AustinRHL uses. I am not sure it yields better results than just taking out the hollow block, but it’s possible.

The other method is unquestionably higher scoring, probably by 3k or 4k. I think this might be one of those cases where the number of blocks left on the screen is fairly comparable, but more points are earned from “impacts,” i.e. blocks crashing against each other.

I bascially applied your strategy. I noticed that when the left tower falls to the right, some of the grey blocks near the bottom on the left side have to kick back to the left and break the wood blocks on the left. Most of the wood blocks were gone and the grey blocks were taken out when they fell on themselves. It was a little strange because they keep hitting against each other and breaking. I have playeed this level at least 100 times and when the blocks fell it was a little different. I have been stuck on this level for days where I could not improve my score. Tonight applied the same strategy and wow. This is why I love AB. You hit the right spot and get a good score. The trouble is finding the right spot. If folks keep sharing their learnings no matter how large or small, we all get better. Thank you rjohnson_8ball.

I have a screenshot with 109k and there are 14 grey and 4 wood blocks left – that’s plenty. This was a result of the “bottom left method”. And I have another screenshot with exactly the same number of stone and wood blocks counting only 101k. That one came from the “down the middle method”

The difference betwen the “down-the-midle” and “bottom left method” becomes clear when you watch closely BEFORE the tower collapses. The “down-the middle tower” shows around 20k when it starts to lean sideways. The “bottom-left tower” counts almost 30k before collapsing – thats why a highscore is much more likely with the second method.

Though it is more difficult to make it collapse in the right way. I get best results if I shoot horizontally through the hollow wood block and leave the 2 pieces below alone.

Just for fun you can also aim at the highest hollow stone block – both towers will collapse to the right in 1 out of 10 – unfortunately the results are as meager as with the “down the middle” way.

mhh… i got 109k with the method of the video after a few tries :) worked for me good…

I launched the first bird over the tower and when it was directly above the top board I tapped the bottom of the structure. It sent it straight down, bouncing a bit, but it took everything with it. 100,485. Not as high as you guys, but a fun strategy, nonetheless.

When I used @austinrhl‘s awesome tip about sending LB down along the slope and then tapping him so that he kinda goes upward at the last second, it’s pretty trickcy but the towers almost always going right. This tip helped alot (Thank You) and I scored 111280.
Then I used the other method, “between” the towers but used @rjohnson_8ball‘s tip about sending LB down between towers but more on the right side, I scored 111410 ;-) (Thank You as well) Both strats worked equally well for me. Anyone else care to share which one they used to improve scores today?

In addition to @austinrhl‘s method …

“send the bird close to the ground along that slope in front of the tower, and then redirect it at an angle upwards so that the bird breaks the lowest horizontal wooden plank in addition to the wood blocks at the base”

I aim to break the hollow wooden box but not the two beams on the ground that the box rests on. I like the brick column to land on those beams in tact and tip right.

Good scores can happen when the right column buckles, with the upper half falling straight down and the lower half crushing the pig to the right. (If the right column hesitates or tips in one piece, I instantly reset.)

Rank: Master Slinger with 7130 points
By Kelani (@kelani)Score: 113,030

@burpie is right on. Horizontal through the hollow block is the fastest way through it. The quicker the left column plops down and tips rightward, the better. Any delay, or excess stuck wood debris between the two columns gives the the right column enough time to tip leftward and negate the whole thing.

Also, you gotta go through cleanly and not hit or disturb the stone blocks above, or the wood below. I aim straight down the channel and into the bottom piggie’s ears. Done right, I can get a right-tip about 80% of the time. Sloppy shots that are angled or hit the top/bottom surfaces, that drops to about 10-20%

On Angry Birds, Space, Pig Bang, level 1-21, I failed to get three stars with the first laser bird after at least 100 attempts of the suggested strategy in the walkthrough of angybirdsnest, so I changed my strategy; I aimed the first laser bird over the towers. When the first laser bird was directly above all of the pigs, I tapped the big pig on the lowest “floor”; I achieved three stars on the second attempt with my own strategy, with a score of 100,760.
