Angry Birds Space Cosmic Crystals Level 7-26 Walkthrough

Our strategy for Angry Birds Space Cosmic Crystals level 7-26 is to send the Lazer bird south of everything, redirecting him into the twin gems near the northeast planet. After collecting the gems, the bird should hit the detonator, causing the planet to implode and clearing the eastern half of the level. Now send a Lazer bird north of the remaining planet, either just inside or just outside of the gravitational field. Redirect it through the chain-linked bridge on the west side, causing debris to rupture the planet. The score in the video below is 150,820.

Aim for the little rope that is holding the giant metal structure, and laser will carry on and get the tnt. Then I aimed for the outer edge of the gravity field, and aimed the next laser at the same position, I find it easier.

It’s the handle on top of the red flashing light that detonates the TNT inside the far planet. You can make the second shot more easily by firing the bird over the roof-like structure then coming straight down, breaking through the thin layer of concrete and wood. I’ve got 158k so far that way.

Yes after much frustration with the second shot I found this to be possible on my own, was going to post it here. Going through the top-sort-of-right-side of the little “house” is a much easier second shot by far.

Thank you @mudslinger!!! Your tips on picking up a “few more points” worked like a charm ;-) I sent my first bird slightly over the gravitational field…waited for it to go off screen and knocked upper right boulder into the light. The key for this shot is you have to get the bottom blue crystal. More often than not the top crystal remains but the debris from the second bird always gets it perfectly.
Second shot is a bit tricky. I sent Laser Bird off screen to the left as you suggested…about 10 or 11 o’clock, then a second or two after he leaves the screen I aimed for him to come down and break through the stone and wood. The debris always flies over to get that top crystal. Here’s a screenshot of the trajectory I used:

I couldn’t believe how much more points you can get with this second bird shot! I’m not sure why it makes such a difference but it sure did ;-) I got several high scores in the 158K’s and 159K’s and finally a nice 60080 ;-) Thanks a million!!!

@lesleyg, found it easier to keep the first bird JUST on the edge of the screen, then directi it into the blue lights. The red light will be hit and the show goes off. Then after second bird luck is with us (or isn’t), crashing debris determines at the end the score.

I think that a score changes suddenly by the way of falling of the stone block after the second shot.
The one that the Yellow Bird is faster, and arrives at the planet looks good.

Which layer of concrete and wood? The one to the right of the 2 pigs in the 2-story ‘house’ with the chain hanging from it? I’ve tried hitting that from offscreen >50 times and it will not break for me.

I did it pretty much the same way, except the second bird. I couldn’t get him to break through the cement and wood when shooting him offscreen.

@kelani, I settled for shooting LB right over the structure then down onto the cement/wood. Here’s my video

I haven’t got the rock as @mudslinger suggests incorporated in my current score of 161520 even though it is worth at least an additional 1k. Harder to rinse and repeat. But my second shot is more sporting. Shoot into the upper gravity field, go around the orb, and direct laser bird into the bottom of the left platform. This allows for more debris to reach the orb before it explodes. That’s where the additional points come from everyone is talking about. You want the explosion to be delayed as much as possible. Higher scores are out there. Good luck.

@rat9 I’m with you with one change: I send the second shot through the lower gravity field and then shoot into the bottom of the platform after passing over the little “hut” on top of the planet. I’ve now tried your method, and they both seem to have about the same degree of difficulty and point potential. And they are both more sporting than the alternatives! I like to use what Rovio has given us. Of course, that’s also an argument for using the boulder on the first shot as @mudslinger suggests, but I don’t always get the jewels that way.

Hitting that far right boulder is too hard for me :) I hit the boulder to the left of it. (the one in front of the smaller boulder) It’s practically a straight shot, and you can make 2 rocks land on the planet, and it still gets the gems.

1st shot thanks @mudslinger, sending the lazer off the screen to the upper left then back into the boulder to knock it into the red light. I got one of the crystals with this shot (don’t remember which).
2nd I didn’t send off screen but as in @sweetp ‘s video, just over the left structure & down onto the planks. Got the 2nd crystal with debris from this shot.
The large boulder that’s at about 1 o’clock outside the gravity field was knocked down & was falling into the field when the crystal exploded with the 2nd shot. I don’t know if that made a difference or not, the scores are really variable.

I tied then beat top score twice using a slight refinement of 1st shot, however, it is really a difficult shot (at least for me).

You need to activate LB toward south east, so that it hits leftmost large boulder slightly to the right of its top. When done correctly, LB goes further ESE, gets caught by small upper right planet gravitational field, rolls clockwise, and destroys lamp, thus igniting TNT. Meanwhile, large boulder must go south, get caught by large planet gravitational field, roll clockwise on solid crystal ground toward bottom structure. Rock never has enough momentum to reach it, however, when stars align, scaffholding-like thing falls on large planet when slowly rolling rock is just under it, and from time to time, it pushes rock further in the clockwise direction (but can also push it in the oposite direction -> not good). Then, rock reaches bottom building with enough velocity to destroy hollow wooden square and collapse structure. Outcome can be 65k (see pic below), with one blue gem left, i.e., a 68k potential assuming that two gems get destroyed, which I never experienced. This is better than typical outcome of 1st shot which only rarely reaches 64k when both blue gems are destroyed. Moreover I never saw anything of this bottom structure being destroyed after 2nd shot, so this seems to be a potential 4k improvement with respect to previous strats.

Nothing specific about 2nd shot, except that I do not understand what makes score vary greatly.
