Boss fight! Again, the Space King is terrorizing the universe in some forsaken contraption. One strategy for Cold Cuts level 2-30 is to use the Red bird to trigger the TNT along the bottom. The debris should cause a cascade of asteroids to fall toward the planet, damaging the Space King. Use the Lazer bird to trigger the top set of TNT. If necessary, there are plenty of birds to push asteroids around.

One Bird, middle TNT (to the right of the one in the Video). Just kept waiting, everything just kept eventually blowing up. 96,600.
I managed to get an achievement on this level by accidentally nailing King Pig with the ice bird and freezing him. Caught me by surprise but it was rather amusing. Unfortunately he doesn’t die by being frozen, so you’ll still have to bombard him.
My son did it with one red bird and scored 97,250, he says to hit the big hanging iceball.

Wait, if Space King popped, would this mean he won’t be a future boss in ABSp?
In ABO, the king pig was popped LOADS of times.
Like many boss levels patience is key, I hit the TNT low
The best way to get around the 100k place is to break as many boulders as you can by triggering TNTs and breaking them towards the Space King using the Red Bird only.I got 103,620 so far using this method.

Only used one bird too!
I send the Red bird to the lower TNT, but waited for an ice ball. This way the Red bird does go where you want it to, but you get an extra change with the tree ice ball to hit some debris. Got 107420 this way :)

Thanks E-Star. Followed video and when first object is a high ice ball you can see scores over 105,000. After 20 minutes of trying, broke 110,000.

Once again great video and strategy. For all of you that play on the iphone like I do it was very helpful for me to turn the phone (vertical) 90 degrees and shoot the red bird into the lowest TNT box while shooting through the ice meteor as it travels left to right. Sometimes that will trigger other ice meteors and knock down regular meteors for a higher score and of course more destruction. As usual a little bit of luck always helps too. This is a really fun level once you get this strategy down. Now go watch the video… ^
This was a great level and to my surprise pretty easy too…usually I have trouble with the boss fights. I waited for stones to come down and just before they pass the sling area, I aim red bird with a low arch to hit bottom tnt which ignited other tnt and debris and stones repeatedly hit king pig and one stone flew up and hit tree ice stone which fell and split and hit ice stones at top right and set of the chain reaction to ignite top tnt for more points…it was great…BTW when I waited for those first stones to start coming down this also allowed king pin to float towards bottom so he was in the perfect spot when the tnt and stones stared hitting him. It’s key to wait for him to be in the line of fire from the bottom tnt explosions!
Now I just need to get the achievement!
Yeah just got the frozen king pig achievement!!! Now I’ve three stared all PB and CC so I’m off to the much anticipated DZ!!!

It is tricky to win with one bird but I tried hard to do this
I don’t know why it was different for me but I had to try hard NOT to finish in one bird. I just couldn’t get the higher scores with one. From my first try I one birded, I had to check here to find a different strategy to get a better score.
Super easy to get a one-birdy. Like E-star, I waited for a ice-block for a easy 2000 points, then I aimed the red bird down the slope at the top, hitting the two wedged ice blocks in the process. Wait for the pig to near the slope, then the stone activated by the TNT will easily kill off the pig. Got 110040 this way. :)
Something derped while I was playing.I flung Black, blew him up, and the explosion popped the king pig while he was still in his machiche!Is this a bug or did I just have REALLY good timing.

Ok, seriously, this confirms it… You have WAY more screen in view than I do – - what gives? I am using a New iPad in x2 mode. Am I missing something about to maximize the screen? I didn’t even know there was TNT on the bottom of this screen!!! Can anyone help??

Even if you are playing on iPad “3″, you seem to be playing the SD app, which is built for iPhone.

One bird launched into the bottom TNT somehow set off a chain reaction that sent tons of rocks in to the King Pig and got me 106,520 with that 1 bird.
