I dedicated one bird to each cube for 148k.
First bird to the nearest cube, as this is the only one that should give variation. If the score is disappointing, reset.
Second bird as video to far cube, wait for total destruction.
Third bird to the glass cube, should get total destruction.

Same as @Burpie. One bird for each cube. The biggest difference was I only had one wood block left when I was done.

Mr. Rat (@rat9), you appear to be the only one having cracked the dark secret of annihililating the nearest ‘cube’. Would you like to share it?

No @Micromax. The correct question is…are you sure you want me to tell you? It’s maddening! I told @Kathy my secrets, and after she tried for over a week, I almost had to admit her to an asylum. She went a little CooCoo. And she had me on speed dial to ask questions. So are you really sure you’re ready to lose you’re sanity. I can easily tell you it was over three months ago and I don’t remember. Flingers do that all the time.

1) My sanity is probably not a concern, I believe it left the building while I wasn´t watching.
2) I wouldn´t ask a secret just for myself.
3) I certainly do not want to be responsible for anybody else misplacing a sanity.

So, move along folks, nothing to see here!

OK, you asked for it.

First an overview: You have three groupings of octagons. Upper left and right made of wood and glass, and the lower middle one made only of glass. You can score around 55k on each of the two uppers and 34k on the middle. So scores over (55+55+43+10+10=)173k are not very likely. On my high score I had 108k on the uppers, 43k on the middle and 20k of bonus birds. It’s been to long for me to remember how much each of the uppers were worth individually.

The order of the shots is upper right, upper left, WAIT, and then then the middle to finish. It’s that wait part that’s frustrating. You don’t know if you were successful on shot #1 and are waiting for a total collapse or you’re just waiting for the cows to come home. The first shot goes totally dormant with no movement or occasional point increase.

1st shot: Aim at the joint between the wood and glass on the two octagons closest to the sling at close to full power. Activate immediately. You want to score around 30k, but the position and composition of the debris is what’s important.. You want the left wooden octagon to be almost intact. A little damage is OK, but only a little. You also want about four pieces of glass above and four below the wood debris in the middle. The blues will disappear and everything will go dormant. Move on to shot #2.

2nd shot: This one’s easy to describe. I shoot it exactly like the video. Now comes the hard part. Waiting and wondering if you set up shot #1 correctly. Other than what I described, there will be no further indications of your potential success. Take your sweetheart to dinner or go see a movie, maybe a nap. You’ve got time. Nothing, I mean nothing, is going to happen for about two hours. Then out of the blue, the wooden octagon will start to collapse, the glass will boil over the sides, heck…it may even spin. This will happen very quickly. On my top score of 171k, I had 108k at this time. Hopefully you’ve been smart and practiced shot three. It’s not an easy shot but not too difficult if you’ve practiced. I don’t remember my aiming points for this one but you shouldn’t have too much trouble coming up with your own. I can’t fling to check because I’m running a test of my stRAT for you to verify it hasn’t been deleted by an update. I have a score of 86k atm and am about an hour into the wait. Who knows? Maybe I’ll get a new high score. ha ha ha ha

You owe me. It took me over an hour to find my notes, about another hour to correlate them into a coherent presentation, another half hour because my connection crashed and I had to re-enter everything, and I’m still waiting for the test run to complete. All because you thought @Burpie‘s strategy was weak. I thought it was superb. I shot it exactly like he said. ha ha

Good luck and remember Mr. Max, you asked for this insanity.
