Angry Birds Short Fuse Level 26-15 Walkthrough

One strategy for Angry Birds Short Fuse level 26-15 is to fling a Yellow bird toward the top-right structure, breaking the glass below as the boulder falls. Arc a Black bird high, breaking through the pipes and settling between the two remaining structures. The shockwave should destroy everything in the area. The score in the video below is 90,790.

If you have a different strategy feel free to leave a comment below; however, don't just post your score via the comments, as that's what the leaderboards are for.

Somehow two pigs and potion got together during second shot to cause crazy blow-up.

Thx, but not that hard actually. Just a little experimentation with where to detonate and it’s quite repetable to get both pigs to inflate.

I find the second shot very difficult – any tips?

@ernor63 — Congrats on top score! Don’t want to sound greedy, ’cause my score isn’t that bad, but I know when you say a “little experimentation” I might never figure it out. Care to share any tips on where to detonate, and whether or not you break pipes at same place? Thanks

I am the same, too.
It was a strategy same as a video, but was before the ground had what the second bird exercised.
As a result, two pigs swelled out and were able to get a score of the assent!

I didn’t experiment, but I got a lucky 2-pig expansion when the bird self-detonated just before reaching the bottom. GL!

119800/2 by tweaking the video strategy as follows:
1st) the goal is to open up the middle structure by breaking the glass but to avoid that the structure is braced/reinforced by the boulder. that is, i was playing for the boulder either to fall to the right, or for the bird to go through the gap first, damaging the triangle which is subsequently destoyed by the boulder falling on it. to that end i send the bird in a medium high arc, activating it to go a little bit over the top, through the wood and the pig, which slow the bird down so that it falls directly into the gap. this shot needs precision both in release position and timing of the activation (i use the background for both: releasing such that the bottom of the bird is a little bit above the purple horizontal stripe on the pipe; activating on its descent when passing the horizontal pipe; still i get it right only 1 in 4; any other, higher percentage, method to achieve the goal should be ok). score should be between 16k and 20k.
2nd) the goal is to blast the left structure, with the lone pig, to the left and the middle structure to the right and to make at least one of the pigs expand by breaking the orange potion in its vicinity. to that end high arc so that the bird breaks through the pipes between both and falls straight down. my experiments gave the best result when activating the bird roughly in the middle of the first floor (on the 2nd floor almost nothing happens to the middle structure, it being braced on the top-right; on the ground floor often not much happens to the left structure, it being too far away and maybe also because the shockwave is partially blocked then). this finishes the level usually with a 100k+ score. with some luck pigs end up on both the left and right of the potion and expand yielding 110k+ scores.

up from 99k via 100k, 108k, 111k and 113k to (almost) 120k. i found it easy to get to 112k scores (which i obtained several times also with only one expanding pig), but then was stuck for some time at 113k, experimenting with where to activate the 2nd bird. once i settled on activating it at the middle i got the (almost) 120k score pretty quickly, so don’t know how repeatable that is. for that score only three pieces of wood, two of stone, and the damaged boulder were left with almost all pipes destroyed, so i don’t think much higher (say, more than 5k) scores are to be expected.

There is probably some value in clarifying that first floor on one side of the pond has a different meaning from first floor on the ther side of the pond. The middle floor obviously gives the best results here, which for you would be first floor, for others second floor (-;

double thanks to TMAM as i broke the 120k barrier with a score of 120,940. at least 2K more is possible as the fallen left pipe only took out 2 of the 4 mushrooms. strategy is per mockingbird. Bird 1 netted 19k+. -and after endless attempts – Bird 2 fell directly (exactly in the middle) between the white vertical pipe and the right vertical concrete stack. i detonated right in the middle of the floor where the sunglasses pig resides. the blast blew equally left and right. 2 pigs ballooned – then it was just luck of the bouncing swine with destruction i hadn’t seen before (previous best was 118,750).

oh, one thing that helped: remember the trajectory that drops Bird 2 just to the left of that annoying “brace” which lies between the two horizontal white pipes (which allows the Bird to fall between the left vertical white pipe and the sunglasses pig). once you know that angle – fling Bird 1 along the same high arc to take down the top right pig and hanging boulder. that way, when you fling Bird 2 – you have Bird 1’s hash-mark trajectory to follow. anyway, that’s what worked for me.

I should have noted: the trajectories of Bird 1 and 2 are not exactly the same – i just found that seeing the path of a high arcing Bird 1 (where there is plenty of margin for error), helped with aiming Bird 2 (where there is little to none).

Finally an above average score on Android phone of 110230 with 2 birds while trying to follow video.

After 1st bird my score was only 15k +/- . I aimed this new bird (2nd) as I’d done what seems like thousands of times, a slight exaggeration & looked up to speak with hubby while the level played out. As I looked down the score was over 88k & still going. I didn’t see 1 piggie expand, let alone 2, however something different & “magical” happened for me to have scored over 110k with a current rank of 28.

It’s definitely time for this “young” senior to throw in the towel on this level because there’s no way I see me getting another 9600 points for TopScore; I’ll leave this pursuit to those much younger.

2 birds like the video but with more luck.

Here is the result after the first bird:
At this point you can score as high as 20k.

Then the second bird trajectory like in the video, and manual detonation between the two floors (but near the top floor).

Here is the resulting damage of the second bird:

And this is the highscore screenshot:

Hope it helps.
