Wreck the Halls level 17 can be challenging. Our strategy is to loft the White bird over the main structure, dropping its egg just left of the TNT. With a little luck, the blast from the TNT should pop all pigs on the right-hand-side and the present as well. Fire the Yellow bird horizontally into the bottom of the wooden structure. Land the Orange bird on top of the horizontal stones. Its rapid expansion should pop the remaining pigs. The score in the video below is 69,890.

first bird: destroy the whole tower on the left
second bird: high in the air to the tnt!
maybe a onebirder is possible when the first shot lets the tower fall on the right side at the tnt!
also the feather is very easy and possible without slinging a single bird!
I like this method. Easy to accomplish, and it works well.
87500 with three birds! first bird didnt destroy the first tower so i shot 2nd and 3rd also into the tower and it fell on the right and had much destruction!
I got 82820.
White Bird: Shoot it up high and lay the egg to destroy the woods above the TNT. Usally, it will take out the right structure and the TNT box.
Yellow bird: shoot it at the bottom wood. It will make the wood structure fall to the left. The pig on the right side of the structure might fall down and pop.
Orange bird: take out the pig under the stone. You can shoot it straight and pop it

How do you shoot the wb that it destroys the first tower completely?
I got 75720 with dropping the egg on the wood with the TNT below. This destroyed the second tower. Then yb and ob into the first.
shoot quite straight and drop the egg as near as possible at the tower (at the stone right to the first pig)
i for myself only did it once. now have a better strategy! first the birds in the tower on the left and let it fall to the right on the tnt!!
im trying to use all three birds on the left tower to get max damage and hit the tnt with the debris but how do u use the yellow bird effectively to do damage in this case?

2nd shot – y/b takes out 1st pig, wooden beams and fractures left side stone blocks.
3rd shot – o/b targets the same left side stone blocks to close the level.

Hmm, this is another level where the eagle causes extra TNTs to appear. It doesn’t matter where you throw it, it will double. I’m on my phone, so I can’t post screenshot I’m afraid, but it’s easy to replicate.
The small bell in the middle of the first tower seems to be the TNT’s switch.
Update: Tried throwing it in a way it wouldn’t hit the bell, and the cookie still turns into a TNT.
That is crazy! I sent the mighty eagle over to the bell that was actually laying on the TNT at that time the Eagle swooped over didnt explode the TNT but left more TNT beside one beside the one that was there. But the bell was gone. 76 % damage. That was very strange!
93110 with 3 birds :
1 white. High arc to the top right structure so that it destrop the left part of it with th two cookies
2 yellow very high so that it fells on th tnt on the right, finishing the right structure but leaving the tower without any dammage
Third orange to the midlle of the left tower, inflate when it lands on the horizontal stone : with a bit of luck, the tower will collapse on itself, with maximum dommage
This strategy seems to work best for me…86780 and more is possible.

Yep, i was using this too, best so far is 85k, but im sure there is more there, just need a bit of luck to damage the horizontal stone beam more & get to the present below
@dujnic I found your strat to work the best for me. I found if you let the first bird just knock over the cement blocks, without releasing the egg, you get more points. Also the second shot is a bit tricky, but causes a lot of damage. Your tip about the third bird was the icing on the cake!!! Thanks!!!!! :) I started this level at 87k.

@duffy a moon shot is when you aim the yellow bird basically straight up and boost (tap) it immediately as it leaves the slingshot. It should disappear off the screen & come down on the right side. It’s useful to get at structures you can’t reach because something is in the way. Also takes a bit of practise but it’s fun to watch. Good luck :)

1st: w/b high arc over to the second structure with egg dropped in the “V” between the wood and the vertical concrete blocks. 16,000 points.
2nd: y/b to take out the tnt. 28,000 points. Although in my 95k I missed the tnt but got it on the 3rd shot.
3rd: o/b low arc just above the first pig’s head and into the bottom left wood block of the first structure. Detonate when it rolls up to the concrete block and hopefully the concrete on the right of the first structure will tumble down.

Very nice strategy! A couple of other suggestions if I may be so bold :)
1. Oddly enough I found I was actually able to get a couple thousand more points on the first shot by NOT detonating the egg just letting the wb knock into the concrete blocks part of the V
2. I was having a bit of trouble getting yellow to clear the little bell on the right top side of the main wooden structure so I went with the “moon shot”. Pull yellow straight down then just a few pixels to the left then do the classic quick double click “moon launch” shot that takes him basically out of screen and then he will land almost perfectly on the TNT! Just a suggestion in case anyone else was having trouble clearing the annoying little bell :)
Rest just like dark cloud posted … and with his ob shot was even able to get some debris to magically go through the concrete without breaking it (amazing!) to get the present underneath for a bonus 3K a couple of times

Similar method and got 96K. Like you said the o/b needs to take down more concrete in order to get higher points (and y/b as well somehow. Sometimes I could get it over 30K after tnt explosion).
95170 by the exact same method. I missed the central present so breaking 100K seems totally plausible on this level. GL and happy slinging :)

same method as above, many tries and then ‘bingo’
I followed this method, 1st shot didn’t take out the TNT so followed with the yellow bird, but totally flubbed it – only had about 18k after 2 birds. Third shot through the low vertical wood of left tower, I inflated as it passed the blue ornament. Falling debris detonated the TNT for more points. There’s a lot of points in the tumbling stone.
I tried the other methods with less success, there are comments about inflating the OB against the stone blocks on the left to topple the tower but I could never get it to move much of anything.
89700 with three birds.
1. W/b into first tower-explode on left to take out blocks and wooden tower.
2.y/b high arc into TNT to take out right hand pig and much of the structure
3. O/b into weakened blocks on left hand tower to take out remaining pigs and present.
Doing something wrong? I’ve made the wb no egg “v” shot dozens of times without very much happening. I’m consistent with destroying right structure when I use the egg. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
Experimenting with combination strategy. WB to take most of left structure. YB moonshot (brilliant idea) to demolish right side. OB to finish right. Only 91k so far but with some fine tuning (& luck), just might be on to something. Thanks for suggestions fellow birders.
Combo strategy may not be best. So far 94.3 is my max using combined strategies.
ME strategy: Aim to nestle the can between the first piggy and first vertical wood block. A few blocks leftover, but 100%. Nice and easy :)
1 birder – 89800. Fire the white bird just over the head of the left most pig, and drop the egg just before hitting the wooden tower, right at the last moment. Egg lands on the stone upright block, if timed to perfection will destroy the pig in the middle of the stones and throw debris to the right, pushing the other tower to the right to destroy right most pig and present. If very lucky, you’ll get the TNT as well. I got low 80000 score a number of times with this approach, but only got the TNT once for the 89800 score with the 3 bonus birds.
98,460 with one bird. This is repeatable as I was able to pull it off on three consecutive tries. Scores were 85,600, 83,450 and 98,460.
I flew the white bird slightly over the first pig’s head and dropped his egg as close to the structure as possible. Debris flew down and collapsed the lower structure causing it to fall on the present and two stone blocks broke through the wood plank detonating the TNT. My first two scores were without the added destruction via the TNT.

Thanks to @karen68 for this one! I’ve been trying off and on for two days to improve my score on this one. I couldn’t even match my existing high score trying all methods above. (Except @karen68 ‘s method. I guess I somehow skipped over it.)
Orange bird into the heart of the fully intact left wooden tower is the key.
1st shot: Lob Matilda over the left structure and release egg to detonate TNT.
2nd shot: Lob Chuck over the left structure and try to do as much damage to the rubble on the right as possible. Be sure to get that gift if it is still there.
3rd shot: Zoom all of the way in. Pull the orange bird down until his top tail feather is just below the lower edge of the gray marking/accent on the purple mountain in the background. This should launch him through the lowest, vertical wood on the untouched tower. Inflate him in the middle as he passes the blue ornament. This will blast the whole tower apart. Although I haven’t done it yet, it seems possible to get the second gift box this way.
This is the only method I’ve tried that has consistently yielded 75K+ scores.
