Angry Birds Seasons South HAMerica Level 1-21 Walkthrough

Our strategy for Angry Birds Seasons South HAMerica Level 1-21 is to send the Boomerang bird over and back into the first wheel to clear that side of the level. Then drop the Orange bird next to the right tower. the score in the video below is 167,690.

If you have a different strategy feel free to leave a comment below; however, don't just post your score via the comments, as that's what the leaderboards are for.

First shot as in video. Different second shot though. I sent Orange bird on a gentle arc aiming at the TNT behind the second wheel. Then, I activated Orange bird to blow up the TNT and push the wheel into the pit.

179k same as walkthrough, just better damage.

When I was stuck at 167k, I thought the higher scores might be due somehow to a 1-birder, but eventually the walkthrough strategy paid off. GL!

second shot is simple, send to right of circle stone and hit the tnts with expand and with luck, take to bottom pig. photo

Yet again I must give @genkik the credit, as I circled back last month I read your comment and made a video. I got 177k with your tip of making sure to get the boomerang bird to fall to the left.

Didn’t read all the comments, so sorry if I am repeating what someone else already mentioned, but a minimum of 100K is required with the first bird for a high score and if the boomerang falls to the right, make sure the top statue above the little pig is still there, this is the only thing that will kill the pig at the bottom.

Here is my video.

@genkik your pictures are perfect, thanks for those. What I want to add here is that you need lots of luck in this game – or hugh skills. Once, got 115k after the first bird, with the left part completely destroyed. Then failed bird #2. No pain, then bird #3 failed also! Aweful.
Detail: to get the left part completely destroyed, you will have the green bird just to skimm the big wheel. When he bounces off and went to the right part: reset.
Yet, didn’t manage a decent score on this one. Argh

Well, got my 180k with a slight variation of @e-star video. Green bird bounces off, pushing the wheel in the left pit. Meanwhile the green bird tumbled the tower in the right pit (no, this wasn’t because selfdestruction). In the left pit the wheel destroyed the normal stuff, also the right part in the pit fell off. In the right pit just one pig survived, the one in the cave was destroyed by falling debris. Then orange bird to bring the second wheel down as in the video. I think, with some luck, a one-birder is possible here. In my opinion that is the only way to achieve the really high scores in this level. But, since no other player is willing to share such a strat I will try it.

@smartfonzombie I like your technique for two reasons. First, it makes use of Orange Bird’s special power, instead of just using him to set off the rightmost TNT, which I had been doing. Second, it increased my score by more than 2k points, so thank you.

@bernersenn I saw you asked in BP about this level
What i did was first fling boomer far over and bring him back into the tnt he usually falls in with the wheel which helps get theemichelle pig in the pit.
Second bird (OB) I kinda flung at an angle downwards and he should bounce off the ledge and back into the wood structure in first pit.
Then 3rd boomer over the first wheel and back into it to knock it into the pit. It took many tries and lots of Patience !! Good luck my friend:)

Shot #1 to far right setting off TNT wheel rolls left & here’s the really lucky part, top statue falls into open hole to get bottom pig …. score at this point 43k something, definitely not 44k

Shot #2 to right side of wheel expanding OB to knock wheel left into pile. See angle: http://www.angrybirdsnest.com/members/justpast40/album/picture/14890/

191290 for today’s challenge. I tried several different strategies, all with potential for a top score. I even got 182K using 4 birds once, but a good 2-birder seems to have the edge here, similar to the walkthrough video.

First bird straight ahead and circle back to knock the middle round boulder into the left pit (thanks to @genkik for the tip on having Hal come along with it), dropping it all the way down and, in this case, also breaking the stones at the bottom right of the pit. I think the score was around 100K here.

Second bird in a high arc like in the video but a little bit more to the left so it hits the wooden plank between the two stacks of square stones. Preferably it drops as far down as possible, but usually it remains somewhere at the top of the stacks which is fine. What made the difference for me was that the two tombstones fell in such a way that they destroyed almost all the blocks (and also popped that stubborn beer-hat pig!).

The first picture shows the remaining debris, 7 blocks at the right and the left side of the left pit remain, allowing for a theoretical but very unlikely 200K+.
Second pic as proof for @kelani and @sweetp

first bird straight ahead and hit the big left boulder.
second high loop and he land over the vertical wood between the small stones, don´t self-activate.
the big pig don´t kill.
third hit the TNT on right and make the rest.

To tell you what kind of futility i perfected during this very long day? i attempted to skip rocks with Boomer. Out of the half a million flings? i had one where he skipped from the far rock onto the left one and both fell into the pits.
i saw this idea this morning on a lark. i made him ‘rang back a little too soon and ended up hitting both stones, but only the far right one rolled in. i was intrigued!
The only successful fling resulted in a paltry 157,830 points. Yet i thought i could improve!

I was really scared I would flub the second shot as I had done so many times before after good first shot ( I am still getting used to the “regular” birds, they are much different from the birds in the ABSW games). Everything fell just right for a final score of 196,330.

First of all, congrats on your score & kudos to you for your honesty about 2nd shot concern. After 101k with shot #1 & a 1/2 a^~?d shot #2, I royally missed #3 when flinging too soon being afraid of premature closing which had happened shortly before this. If a great flinger such as yourself, is concerned about flubbing a shot, I’m in good company.

Congrats to you, @comex666, @angrychicken & @meanguy on your pups ….. This wasn’t easy & I’d be interested in knowing the devices & platforms each of you used.
