The best strategy for Mooncake Festival level 2-3 is to loft first Boomerang bird over the structure and into the hollow wooden square in the right tower. This shot should clear the two rightmost pigs. Fire the Yellow bird into the hollow square in the bottom-left of the left structure. If necessary, loop the other Boomerang bird into the one remaining pig toward the middle of the level. The score in the video below is 84,530.

92k plus… Alternate method.
Bird 1: reverse boomerang it into the two stone planks on the first tower… Should push everything to the right.
Bird 2: clean up.
I’m sure a 1 bird shot is possible as the last pig aaaaalmost fell over after the first bird, but didn’t. So i needed a second bird. Score of 100k should be easy with this method.
Got 97630 with 1 bird or 2 birds. So not much advantage to 1 bird solution.
Gotta love the reverse remi, this shot took out everything but the far right tower, found hitting the upper half of the vertical stone most effective, cleaned up with 2nd bird.
A 1 bird clear is possible, I managed it a few times but highest score I got was 92k. Think you need the extra debris points from the 2nd bird.
Got 105980 with only using 2 birds.
108,960. Used the method of first bird into the first tower, no boomerang just a straight shot to push everything over. 1 bird shot destroyed all the pigs. I know I got lucky with some of the damage because I can’t repeat that score with the same method.

98600 with 1 bird by lobbing bird at very steep angle then boomerang to pop little pig in hollow wood block in mid-left tower. With luck everything will push right and topple the far right tower. Very difficult shot and was only able to repeat 4 times in a couple hundred tries. Easier 1-bird shot is to bull doze the left tower so everything pushes right like a couple of people have commented before me.
The text description above the video worked quite well, and was easy enough for 93k.

I shot the first boomerang bird over main structure and hooked it back to catch the first tri angle block wich drags the hole structure towards the main taking out the three furthest pigs. Then shot a little yellow one at the top pig and a boomerang bird to take out the little sucker in the box. Scored me 94340
I experimented with this one for about 3 hours and found it to be a fairly reliable 1-Birder, my old score was just over 96k and I improved it by 5k+.
1) Launch your Boomerang Bird straight ahead to hit the top horizontal cement plank dead center on the side facing your Bird on the first tower, that’ll set off a toppling effect that reaches all the way to the last tower.
3 Birds remaining = 30000 bonus points.
Didn’t see my strategy represented here, so I thought I’d chime in. 98,890 – reliable three-bird method:
Fire first bird straight into the bottom-left hollow wood square on the first tower (don’t activate the boomerang). This should collapse most of the tower and destroy all pigs. Shoot the next bird flat, into the middle of the second tower, and the last bird in the same manner with the third (again, no boomerang). Pretty easy to do, and usually yields a decent score. :)
