The best strategy for Mooncake Festival level 1-10 is to loft the White bird over the first structure, dropping the bomb on the right edge of the left structure and ricocheting into the right. The right tower should be pretty unstable and inevitably collapse. Fire the first Black bird head-on into the left structure, just above the small stone. The score in the video below is 124,900.

I got 134,920 on 1 shot, Basically just like in the video. Maybe just a fraction higher or lower, but the white bird going into the coulm on the right, like in the video, but in the chain reactions both structures fell and did it on 1 bird. It takes a few tries (But we all know that). Good Luck!!!
I did the same thing and only got 121,250
same thing as coober but got 135480 :)

Here’s a fun way to do this one:
White Bird: High arc setting. Line the bird’s belly to be about a vertical wood plank’s width away from the sling base. You can move it a little closer if you would like. This puts the bird right in the gap between the two structures. Activate egg drop so the bird will break the horizontal stone plank directly above the bunny statue. A 1-bird is possible here, but will rarely yield you the points to get above average. Also, make sure the gap is clear of debris or your second shot is pointless.
Bomb Bird: Aim just above the front pig’s head where the two vertical stone blocks hold a stone plank. This should take care of everything and leave you with a score around the 130k area.

Not necessarily, falling debris will detonate the tnt.
The real key to this strat is destroying that horizontal stone plank.
After messing around for a while, I think the easiest strategy is to send the white bird into the front of the first structure, bombing just before impact. (This is much easier after the Piglantis update, which modified the white bird to be able to drop the egg even a split second after the bird hits the structure!) The bomb bird then goes into the middle of what remains of the first structure, and the resulting cascade of debris also takes out everything in the middle. Finally, the third bird goes into the middle of the second structure, generally around the 3000-point animal statue, hopefully toppling everything leftward and into the now-mostly-empty central chute for maximum destruction. The hardest part is getting the rightmost part of the structure to fall correctly. I was able to get 133k pretty quickly, but I doubt there’s a huge amount more to be gotten this way.
I shot the WB at the bottom of the left structure, making room for it to collaps when the bomb goes of. The bomb I placed at the puppet at the right structure, blasting everything away. I got 135090 this way.

Got 136,840 using @austinrhl‘s method, but didn’t get the first bird to drop the egg. Still got a good deal of damage, with 91k after first bird. Second bird, fire into left structure where medium-sized pig with the blue fan sits. Might have been able to get a few extra points if I had used third bird, but I hesitated. Credit to @austinrhl :p

Honestly, I did not look up the walk through till after I was done with this level. I only came here for the message board.
My approach was exactly as to what Bird Leader mentioned.
The big point difference? Total destruction of the right tower, everything in the pit and above it. That was on the first bird!
The second shot was just a simple toss into the first pig on the left structure.
I’m still dreaming… what if I had more destruction from that second shot.
