One strategy for Hogs and Kisses level 17 is to attack the right side of the level using the Boomerang bird in its natural method. Then blast through the left side of the level with a Yellow bird. The score in the video below is 82,480.

94680 took out the back half with the first bird, including the tnt and the front half with second bird. Have to be lucky with boomerang bird, aiming to hit sligthly higher.

I got 92,000 (and gonna try to improve). What I did is:
the first bird hit the right tower and this should kill both pigs and drop the TNT. 2nd bird hit the left tower and should kill the rest of the pigs. I tried so many times with the first bird. Hope this will help you ! Happy ‘working’ :D

91159 … This is how I did it…2 shots . I used the 1st bird to hit dean on the tower on the left of the screen and that left an open space for the 1st yellow bird to go threw and knock down the middle layer and the right tower. Took a bit of practice but it works. Good luck :)
96500….aim the first yellow bird to almost hit the top of the first tower.Swing it around to take out second tower and tnt.Second yellow bird takes out the first tower.If you get all the bounces you’ll get higher than what I got :)
100,810 – Following Russ’s method, managed to take out everything with the Green Bird.
I’m confused about “Russ’ method”. I assume that should be ‘the first bird’ or ‘the green bird’, since you can’t swing yellow birds around. Any instruction on where to hit to get the TNT?

93820 hit the 1st tower by slinging the green bird backwards into it. Took out tower, tnt and all but 1 pig in the 2nd tower. Finished him with a yellow.
Tried the video method but the blocks would just fall onto the ice but not not break thru????

If there’s a chance to use the reverse remi shot, I’m going to use it!
I had no luck finishing this level in one with the traditional boomerang shot so I went for the RRS. Aim the boomerang up left at about 45 degrees & activate right after release. You want the bird to hit the structure at the level of the horizontal planks the box of candy is on. The bird will break the left plank & if you hit the sweet spot it doesn’t break the right side but pushes it right, enough to topple the right tower and blow the TNT. Even if you don’t do it in one, this shot generally clears the left tower & gives a clear shot to take out the right with a decent score.
Thank you @karen68 for posting your alternate strategy. I also like using the Reverse Remi shot with the Boomerang Bird. The technique worked for the 1-bird solution but my highest score was 88k+.
On every occasion where the tnt dropped with the RRS I took a second shot with the Yellow Bird to pick up points. Scores from 90k to my present are obtainable with two birds. Noticed that higher points are gained with the two birds if the top triangles and hollow squares are destroyed in the debris fall. That also goes for the other hollow squares. Found that if the YB has a slight arc and hits the right structure on a downward angle destruction appeared to be greater.
This level was fun to play because there were two 1-bird solutions posted, yours along with E-Star’s above. Fling’n birds does not get any better than that. Happy as a pig in slop!
