Our strategy for Ham’o'ween level 1-4 is to lob the Orange bird into the center of the main structure. The expansion should push both walls outward, clearing the pigs on the edges. Alternatively, you can fire the Orange bird through the wooden portion of the left wall and the same result will follow. The score in the video below is 63,970.

Debut: This level is the debut of the Orange Bird, whose real name is “Bubbles”. He inflates to massive size when activated or after a short delay once it has hit something. Shooting him into a position where he is surrounded on all sides will lead to the most damage. If triggered immediately prior to hitting a structure, can launch the entire structure forward to destroy other structures with flying debris.
1-4, 65220.. One “birdie” shot, but aimed at the two vertical wooden blocks on the lower left side taking advantage of the percussion instead of the expansion. Hey, let’s hear it for the “new bird in town”!!.. thx

Slightly different method, I aim for the single thick vertical bar on the left part of the structure, with a fairly flat angle (no high curve). You then rebound on the stones on the right (about halfway up) and you’re cleaning the pigs with the rebound, slowing you down so you can inflate perfectly in the middle and finish the level. 65690.

Same tactic. This one is easier to aim, than when I’m trying to get into the middle, which I have to aim higher. Got more than 64k.
This is how I was able to get above average with 65630. I tapped OB when he rebounded off the right cement planks and rolled in the middle but this time the right concrete slabs went flying pretty far, which I think accounted for the extra points plus two laterns got destroyed.
this works… but after a lot of attempts…
I found that exploding OB on contact with the right cement planks gave better results than letting it roll back. The left hand wall didn’t always topple but the deflating OB pushed it satisfactorily more often than not
Ahh, this is frustrating. Highest I’m getting is at 62990, which is still 2 stars.

Trick is to get the first bird to land on left side of the center most pig, between the large pig and wooden base, which is difficult to do as most of the time it wants to land on the right side between the center pig and concret blocks. I find that the concrete blocks (with the wood) is hard to destroy, by landing the bird where noted, you have better chance of getting these blocks, thus the higher score.

Here’s another tip for those struggling to get three stars and scores above 63,000: destroy the lanterns which are worth 500 points each. Also, if you aim Orange Bird at the lantern atop the left tower of the main structure, more often than not it will land in a spot inside where inflation will cause near maximum damage. “I smell bacon, I smell pork. Now playing this level on my pc and I cant seem to get past 62,330. On my I pod I scored 64,260 and droid I am at 67,050! Ugh !
I knew the PC played differently than the hand held devices. I’m still amazed at some of the scores I see posted. I’d love to see a video of one of those top scores that are 15000 points above the average.
Revisiting to get above avg – mission accopmlished. For me this was one of those levels that doesn’t require skill but persistance. I used the method as outlined by @C_Wiz and tweaked per @surfcow. What got my bird to land in the highscore sweetspot was to hit the base of left lantern.
66,660 – and on a Halloween episode! Good thing I’m not superstitious! :)
