One strategy for Cherry Blossom level 1-15 is to launch the Red bird into the top of the lower-pair of TNT. Send the first Black bird into the upper-pair, and the stones should topple the far-right tower, detonating the TNT there. Launch Black birds over the upper platform and into the main structure to finish the level.

Not quite sure how, but some how got the red bird to take out both the bottom and top TNT. Shot the red bird at the bottom TNT block like described, and after a bit of time, additional blocks stardted flying, and zooming out I saw him sitting up top. Must have hit the bouncy stuff and jumped up somehow. Giving it a couple more tries, really need to get the red bird to hit the top of the two TNT so that he keeps going towards the bouncy stuff.
This happened to me as well! I shot the first bird at the top tnt, and I didn’t even realize what happened until I noticed that all of the tnt was exploded (bottom as well). Threw second bird high over the top to finish off the leftmost two pigs.
2 birds – 115,330
launch red bird at top pair of TNT; resulting explosion must clear far right structure including king piggie. launch 1st black bird over cleared top platform and explode right as it reaches bottom left stone.
This strategy consistently gives 125k+. Key is to hit the upper of the two TNTs so that the red bird goes through and takes down the wooden structure to the left.
Slight clarification: the black bird should bounce before detonation, do not launch directly at the base of the structure.
I fired the red bird at the top TNT. Black birds were a little too powerful to spray the stones correctly for me.
Slightly different strategy on this one to get to 123K. I think it’s highly possible to get 130K+ or even higher with this one using a clean up bird, I was too excited and forgot to shoot the third shot! First shot exactly like the video, you should be at ~18K+ afterward. Okay the second shot is somewhat tough but if done right it will clear out the rest of the level. Lob the b/b high over the upper TNT pile, just barely clearing the flowers, to hit the end of the trampoline or whatever it’s called. This will launch the b/b into the center of the left structure (it’s important that the first shot clear out the wood planks so you can settle the second shot into the core near stone) Once it explodes it will wipe out the structure and through debris into the right structure destroying almost everything and killing all the pigs there. 2nd shot to get to 103590 + 2x10K for the remaining birds, like I said had I been quicker I could have launched the third bird into the top TNT pile and manually detonated it which would get both flowers and of course the TNT so I think it would be over 10K for that.

I shot the red bird to the top TNT stack (i agree with Graypets, blackbird sprays the stones to far), which took out the right side.
Blackbird into the TNT stack bellow, next blackbird with a lob onto the springbed, landing it into the structure and blew everything up!
Got first place longer than i could have imagined! Yippie!
But off course I will show you how, so you all can beat my highscore :)

This is essentially the strategy I used for 131740 points. Should have ~70,000 after first bird and complete destruction of right side is important. I detonated the 2nd bird on impact with lower stack in order to increase velocity of rock impact into structure. Third bird with lob shot onto right side of springbed. i believe a 2 shot solution is possible with this technique but not sure it will yield a higher score.
NO, a two shot for me gave was just marginally above the minimum for 3 stars.
Results can vary. Try not to be so dismissive of other strategies.
Just come back to the level. The 2 shot for 130k is possible. RB to top TNT as described but must fly through and take out wood on first structure. Then ignore bottom TNT and lob BB onto springboard to clear up. There are more points available
Here’s yet a slightly different stategy that should get you atleast 122K but I should give some credit to goavs4 for giving me the idea, he mentions that he should have shot the third bird quickly before it timed out to get more damage points then the 10K bonus bird would give, I did attempt his strateyt but kept hitting the flowers and not getting the shot so it gave me the idea to first hit red bird into low TNT, same as others, but then second bird I hit at top TNT which also gets some damage to the main structure if you hit it on the top area the blocks will go more down than up and gets those points he says he was missing out on but most impotantly cleared the path to shoot the third bird with the high arc to come down on the right side of the bouncey things which goes up into main structure and gets the rest.
When i was trying to beat this not knowing a gold egg was here I screwed up the second shot and I got the gold egg

Bigdaddyhen mentioned that he hit both tnts with the one bird.
Here’s how you do it.
Aim for the top left corner of the upper TNT (of the bottom two). If your lucky, red bird will continue on and hit the near edge of the springboard and shoot upward. Sometimes he will hit the upper tnts direct or push the stones left to detonate them. Your nearly always guaranteed to take out the two flowers, rather than blasting them off screen.

138k so far but loads of debris left
Has anyone else seen this? Trying AA’s strat above. First shot as expected. Second shot hit bottom TNT a little high and bomb flew through to trampoline. All of a sudden the pink flower to the lower left of main structure started spinning and danced around in the air for a while before coming to rest where it started. When third bomb exploded it again jumped into the air and spun for a while. Didn’t do any damage, but pretty fun to watch.
Ok happened twice in a row. If bomb bird goes past lower stones and hits pink flower, it shoots into the air and starts spinning. This time it did not land where it started, but floated off screen to right.
Here is photo of 3rd time. Can’t do video, so you don’t see it spinning. This time it ended up between slingshot and TNT.

Sometime i can see there flower spinning middle of air, slowly fall down.
First bird low TNT, OK, it is possible to destroy far tower and king pig.
It is possible to make the second (black) bird not only explode TNT but also continue on to do the rest of the damage: score 125480 (including 20k bonus for two remaining birds).
This method has routinely given me 125k+, sort of a modification of above strats.
1st – to the 2 upper TNT, you want red to hit the upper one right in the middle so it has the right trajectory to carry through & clip the horizontal wood under the 2 upright woods at front of the structure. Line up the left edge of the sling with the fuse of the first bomb bird in line, this should give you a fair shot at getting this. This will clear out the front a bit, & debris will fly over to destroy right structure & the king pig. Minimum 75k after this shot.
2nd – bomb to lower TNT to clear out front of structure more, 98k+ at this point.
3rd – as others describe, lob over top to bounce on right half of trampoline into what remains to clear out the rest.
4th – 10k bonus.
I’ve cleared this with only 2 birds as the 1st shot clears out some of the front, then lobbing the 2nd bird over but I’ve always scored lower, just not enough debris points.
@mvnla2, I saw your spinning flower a few times while trying different methods, if the bomb detonates even beside that flower, off it goes. Had it land where it started as well as off by the slingshot. Need to be zoomed out to fully appreciate it.
