Dial 1 and the area code, because we’re going long distance in Cherry Blossom level 1-14. The basic strategy is to trigger the TNT in the top-right with the first Yellow bird. The shower pebbles and boulders should clear the vast majority of the level. All that remains is a little cleanup with a Yellow bird or two.

1 bird – 147,890
I managed to get the first yellow bird to land on top of the larger right boulder. The force of the hit resulted in explosion of boulders/rocks/pebbles that took out all piggies and most of the structure, too.
Yep. 1 bird shot high and over to the right boulders and into the TNT. Knocked out everything – 152770.
1 bird hit the rocks and the TNT exploded (awkwardly) and everything tumbles to the ground. 149560 I am done with this level!
If you’re having trouble getting the angle right, just follow the big “Fuji” mountain in the background, I shot mine to follow mountain and accelerated right as it’s going thru the cloud. GL

Play the game for ages get frustrated at not beating the average. Get on here and have a whinge. Go back and play another 10-15 times and all of a studded you get the get lucky score. Got 142,970 10 minutes after above comment. Had to get off the train and then go to work. Home now posting updates. Go angrybirdsnest.

I really dislike these “shoot and pray” levels..very frustrating…
This is the worst ” hope you get lucky” level I have ever seen…yes I am hoping for the whine factor to kick in…. :(

Try to aim just above or at the ‘ears’ of the right pig, and hit that ‘rod’ with the wood on the end of it. That will mostly keep the two big marbles in the valley. One on the left and one one the right.
At any rate, where ever you hit to explode the TNT,(and like we said back in the jungle), pray the the gods of ‘Pray and Spray’ are on your side.
You will need a lot of damage to the crap in the bottom of the valley.
Easy one bird level but like “Kathy” said…this is one of those “hope you get lucky” levels.
Has to be a lucky shot, ’cause I’m an average player and not a high scorer. But following this video I did manage to get 152,760 with one bird. On previous tries, I couldn’t even get one star.
Moreso than the other levels, patience with your shot pays off. What might seem like an anemic first bird TNT blast can have a 20-30 second lag before the general collapse begins. You still need both boulders in play. This was not a strategy I developed, but a happy discovery borne of momentary distraction.
From my point of view the first shot never works as required (BTW — there is an E-star video on YouTube). But don’t despair; I got 146K with 2 birds, which is better than average for at least a while.
I got the somersaulting yellow bird a couple of times – did anyone ever figure out what causes this, if it is significant or means anything, or is it just a new quirk in the game?
Don’t worry if you not able to get all down in one shot… using 2nd bird on the base of the remaining 1st structure earns more than 10k which means you can get higher total points with 2 birds than 1.
It’s totally luck if you want to get above average score…how does people get such high score in this level?
My TNT just blew up on its own! Unfortunately, I only noticed this after the first bird was in mid-air (and flubbed the shot). Too bad–there could’ve been some major points!
Still having trouble meeting average on this one. I HATE luck levels. …That is, of course, unless luck is on my side. :)
Tried umpteen times but the tiny pig bottom middle wouldn’t die. So i used first YB to take out pig top left tower, next 2 to clear tower and other birds on the left. Little pig was still left but last YB done like first on this video, into rocks explode TNT, took out that stubborn little piggy as well as the ones on the right.
