61,930 on 2 birds. Got a good 1st one, where it took out just the right amount of glass; then able to clear up on 2nd where block crushed monkeys and taking out the furthest

Did the same with two birds. The lowest monkey remained for the second blue bird. Got lucky with the first bird in taking out a lot of glass/ice and pushed the structure to the right killing the two right monkeys.

I swear mine keeps glitching…third monkey never dies, even when something falls on his head!! GRRRRRRRR!!

63060–very similar to what is shown in vid, but first bird took out all monkeys except one the on the far right.

I got almost exactly the same score (63,250) using that method. I think that it is best to explode the first blue bird over the head of the first marmoset. When some of the center of the structure falls to the left, it should take him out then.

Scored 65.340 with the 2 blue birds :)

I did mine somewhat different, aimed first bb pretty much horizontal projectory heading straight thru first monkey, split right before contact and this takes out first monkey and the now split birds hits thru glass allowing the wood to tumble down and get bottom monkey…third monkey now exposed with one or two glass boxes on him, aim second bb almost the same path for a longer shot, split right as its approaching to take out last two remaining monkeys.

***NOTE TO ALL CHALLENGE PLAYERS***

The requirements to provide proof for an Underdog has been slightly changed.

Along with your comments in the walkthrough page of the strategy used…
Now, it is a requirement to provide a screenshot of the Tally Score Page that appears when the level ends, instead of just a picture of the score showing in the level.

Of course, if you want to provide the screenshot of the level before it times out (to demonstrate remaining debris or trajectory), that’s acceptable also.

This change is part of a continuing effort to keep the leaderboards “clean” and make the Nest enjoyable for everyone!

Happy Flinging, and Good Luck!

Yes, you can use the screenshot of the tally page. It will still show your current highest score.

@sweetp. This is pure coincidence, bearing in mind our very recent discussion about validation of scores. I refer you back to your comments in this very thread about the updated need to provide a tally page to qualify for a puppy (2016). @gumby then immediately asks if it is OK to provide a tally page later on after the level has been replayed. Your response is that it is perfectly acceptable submission, as the high score will still be visible. This confuses me, as submissions I have made in the way that @gumby suggests, have been rejected. Did the policy change again? Not trying to pick an argument, just want to put this to bed, once and for all. Thanks

‘Tis a slightly confusing picture. If I could add my tuppence worth as a semi regular Challenge playerI think when you check into the Nest Challenge page the first thing you see is the target score in bold numbers. There’s no mistaking it and as the sole aim of playing the level is to beat that target there’s no excuse for not getting a screenshot either before the level times out or the final tally if said score is achieved.
So I feel @sweetp initial comment should stand as regards the Daily Challenge. As regards trophy top scores on levels other than the Challenge I feel that’s a much broader discussion but in the end all us flingers want is consistency and that all players are treated equally.

As they often say on discussion/help pages “I have this question too”! A lot of years have passed since then and devices are a lot cuter and it’s not difficult to take screen shots or even record whilst playing as is evidenced by the myriad of available YouTube videos from our members. If you are playing any level you should be aware of the top score. Yes? From there it’s not difficult and if you manage to beat it then show everyone that it was obtained fairly. If people use power ups to get a score then that will only be evident on a tally screen. After that it appears as a legitimate score. How many times have we seen comments like “must be power up score”. I think Space may be an exception. The unscrupulous, hopefully few are left, will and have taken advantage of that and we sometimes end up on a Daily Challenge trying to beat a bogus top score and that’s not going to happen. There are some outstanding flingers on here who always post evidence of top scores. Daily Challenge or not.

By Brian N (@briann)

Hi @steviep147 sounds like we both agree on what evidence should be required to validate a puppy score.
Why I say validation of trophy scores is a broader discussion is because I think there are gray areas. I’ll give you an example:we’ve had two Challenge levels (both in ABO if I recall) in recent times where top scores where not accompanied by high score screenshots both for the same reason. When those scores were entered they were not top scores it would appear that the previous top scores were removed for one reason or another.
However in one case the score was allowed to stand in the other it was taken down. In my view nowhere in the rules does it say you must record a screenshot for second place scores so I think both should stand even though there’s no proof of score. Either way we should have consistency.
Another example is highlighted in today’s Challenge level. Back in the day no proof of score was required so there are many leaderboards like this one. I’m certainly not in favour of purging old scores. I don’t know when that particular line was drawn but I note @sweetp announcement above is dated Feb 18th 16.So we’ve had plenty of time to get used to it.

Yes I understand what you say about 2nd place. However these past few years when I get very close to a first placed score, particularly if it’s not validated, I will put a screenshot of the tally in my album. You may notice comments from me like “as it’s close to the top” etc. Maybe I’m being too pedantic. A few years ago several flingers starting rising alarmingly through the ranks, usually with lots and lots of new 2nd and 3rd place scores but never 1st. An old ruse! When challenged the usual answer was a screen shot of said score but not a Tally. I knew they were cheating and that they were using PUs. A successful challenge to those scores was made by admins and the matter was resolved. Seems silly really but …anyway get a 🐶 today and prove that the top score is valid!

I wrote a reply but it went to “notifications” and hasn’t appeared here.
I just said that the penny had dropped as to why the tally page is required because it identifies PUs. So that supports @gumby and @sweetp‘s response. No live capture required it would seem. I’ll go along with the rules but nobody seems to know for sure what they are.

By Brian N (@briann)

I think it needs to be clarified @desperatedan. I’ve always just automatically assumed that a screenshot of the level ‘as it ends’ refers to the game you’ve just played not a tally page 15 attempts later!

As I say above when playing the Challenge we all know exactly what the mark is and we know when we’ve beaten it. So no excuse for not capturing a screenshot immediately after the level or as @asher and others do capture the final knockings showing bird trajectory etc.

Having learnt today that Bluestacks can be programmed to rinse and repeat a level without resetting I think after the fact tally pages would give bluestacks players more of an advantage than they already have. Maybe we should get @admins in on the discussion? Like @desperatedan happy to abide by their decision.

By SweetP (@sweetp)Score: 60,170

@desperate-dan, my reply to @gumby above refers to the tally page if the screenshot of the 3-star puppy score wasn’t captured.
Please see my example here: https://www.angrybirdsnest.com/members/sweetp/album/picture/19698/
You can see the high score below the current one, and this is acceptable – as long as the score was obtained within the allotted time of the challenge. All puppy scores are time-stamped, and therefore I can verify the rules were followed.

I hope this clears up any confusion, and we can move forward from here.

BlueStacks tap spots 1. x 24.3 y 64.33 activate asap. 2. x 27.2 y 67.12. I’ve been close to a one bird but I have to say that the amount of destruction even had it been such would not have been enough to get 70k. There must be some other method!!
