Our strategy for Carnival Upheaval level 7-5 is to launch Blu into the hollow wooden square in the top-left. This will force the left structure to topple to right right. Fire the next Yellow bird or two into the right structure to clear the level. The score in the video below is 89,340.

2 birds, 95430. Same as video, but must have hit the first yellow just perfect on the 2nd structure and took out every monkey left. Also, got a few more points on destruction of wood on the first structure.
Same here. 96100. It’s not hard to destroy the second structure with one yellow.
109090 with one lucky shot. Launched the new blue bird at the blue feather by the first tower, and everything came tumbling down! Took a few tries, but it just happened.
Hi, I got lucky twice, different results though, 96.000 and 102.190. I think aiming at the top of the wooden square on the left did the trick.
@Cublet. I just repeated this after about 10 tries. Brought the lot down with Blu for 103720.
105050. One bird. But different method than above. First bird into the blue feather didn’t do it for me with iPhone4. Also not enough info where to hit high, middle or low into the stone blocks. So, obviously there had do be some domino effect. I aimed the first bird into lower roof of the first structure. Somewhere between the 45 grade angle of wooden blocks. After a few tries you should be able to push the whole structure to the left, also pushing the left structure almost completely over. Also need to get lucky that almost every wooden block to the right crumbles down.

104660 drove the blue bird into the wood square and it knocked everything down, including some of the gray stones of the base.

Do you know what is meant by “lower roof of left structure” I am trying but still need 2 birds vant get left tower to fall…and did anyone notice in the walkthrough it says ” will fall to the “right right” lol…ty for help:)
Well I managed above average with 2 birds…would still like to try the one birdie shot…anther day maybe:)
January 8, 2013. I’m still in shock.One bird score of 105880 ! Fired the blue bird at the end of the long horizontal board that rests on top of the two hollow squares.I think it hit just below center.Everything just collapsed ,with only a few wooden blocks left.
Did the same strategy as the video and got lucky with the blue bird. It hit the top of the square block and the domino effect took out most of the right structure as well. Left with the marmoset on the bottom right. Easy shot with yellow bird and score of 85,990.
Would like to try the one bird shot as others have mentioned below.
