Here is our strategy for Angry Birds Red’s Mighty Feathers level F-7. To earn three stars you have to save the egg, pop 5 pigs, and use no more than 12 birds. This is probably the first really frustrating level. Just take your time, and, whatever you do, watch out for those bubbles!

I had trouble with this level very much.
It is the almost same as a video, but can defeat it slightly easily if the pig of the fourth of them of a red balloon comes out and breaks a balloon immediately.
I have not yet managed the 3rd and 4th pigs as efficiently as the video, but can get the final pig with 2 shots by lobbing it onto the TNT between the balloons.
I have to say — I do like the first pig’s jaunty green beret. :-)
Horrible level. Thanks to your video, I finally cleared it – using only 32 birds, lol.
