Fresh on the heals of the iOS update, the Angry Birds Mine And Dine update (v1.6.0) is now on the Android Marketplace and the Amazon AppStore. It looks like the exclusivity that the Amazon AppStore once enjoyed is now over (at least for now), which I’m sure makes those outside of the USA quite happy.

I think Rovio will update the PC/Mac version to v1.6.0, possibly this month. They are trying to get all platforms in sync, so that’s my guess. (Also, fowl language is not allowed in the Nest.)

don t know if they update directly to 1.60 or 1.61 they have just up dated to 1.52

Just updated and now it won’t open at all. I restarted my phone and still nothing. It just gets stuck on the opening loading page. I have a 3G, but it freezes on the splash intro graphics.
Have you tried all the solutions proposed on the iOS post (checkout the comments as well)? I had this same problem but eventually got it to load.
I’ve a similar problem with this new update.after the splash screen angry birds just shut down.i tried all the stuff wrote in the iphone section.plan to remove and install again.is there anyway yo save and restore all my stars etc.?

I’m number one on the mine level on the iPhone! All three stars plus a little extra. I got lucky that hackers haven’t claimed the mining leaderboards on Game Center!
The update for mac is buggy. When opening the app on ipod touch, the screen just turns to black then closes.
I tried removing the app then reinstalling it onto my ipod touch and it worked, except it erased ALL my scores/stars/golden eggs/etc. Had to restore to factory settings to get everything back.
I don’t believe the Mine And Dine update is out for the Mac yet, so not exactly sure what you’re saying. Yes, good lesson, always be careful removing an app. Glad you had a backup.

Okay, 3 stars on all levels in just over 2 hours. When’s the next update!!! :)
Just did a fast runthrough of the 15 level available and got 3 stars on five, which is a lot for my admittedly less-than-stellar skills. Didn’t find any eggs. Anybody else found some yet?

No official word at this time
The droid update said they tweeked several of the older more difficult levels to make them easier. Anybody know which levels those are? Also, I had 3 stars on every level except for mine & dine of course, and all of a sudden level 3-5 shows I only have 1 star. . I only checked to see which levels they may have changed. Very wierd.
The only one I know of so far is 3-5.
1-5 and 3-6 changed on ios, don’t think there was any change to 3 star scores but…
1-12 i think they changed a lil too

Updated AB, It worked fine, then stopped Loading (stick at the Birds Loading screen)… see some people stating that if you answer a text during the game it breaks and will no longer work, this is what i believe happened to me, tried all the steps mentioned under iOS post nothing works, i know I can preserve the AB state file and uninstall AB reinstall it again but don’t really want to go through all the trouble. Any ideas? Do you think Rovio will release a stable update which will address all these issues?

DO NOT UNINSTALL. Rovio has confirmed the bug and submitted a fix to app stores. Just waiting on it to go live.

Why did it change the level on 3-5 when iupdated it for the mine & dine levels. It also took 2stars off that level.
Probably trying to bring different platforms in sync. There were other levels that changed too, but this one seems to be the only one where the score change.
Do we know when the next update is expected to bring the rest of the levels?
