Our strategy for Mighty Hoax level 5-6 is to use the Blue bird to pop the first helmet pig. Then fire the Yellow bird through the first set of vertical wooden planks, opening a space for the Black bird. Launch him into the middle of the structure, blowing the building to smithereens! The score in the video below is 89,540.

I shot the blue bird a little lower, damaging more ice (3k extra) and I also shot the yellow bird a little higher, aiming to damage the 3 horizontal wooden logs. This resulted in the collaps of the right side. Did use 3 birds, but got more damage and a score 94690.

This level can be completed with only one bird. I used the blue bird to take out the helmeted pig and ice in the pit (like in E-Star’s video) then waited for the instability of the structure to collapse on itself. It doesn’t cause enough damage to score high, as it only scored right at 90,000. The instability thing doesn’t happen every time and when it does it always falls differently. To get a high score on this level use of the black bird is imperative.

My overall review on this level :
1. As @e-star mentioned above, it’s better to utilize Blue to get as much points as possible from the pit (more than 18k in total). Forget about killing the small pig just right of the pit for now. Trust me, it’ll eventually die from falling debris or later by Black’s explosion.
2. Aim Yellow JUST ABOVE the 3 horizontal wooden planks. From what i can tell, this is the best way to have a good chance of breaking more objects. This point onward, the only thing we need is LUCK. Close your eyes, cross your fingers, and wish for a good opening.
3. When such opening do arise, it’s time for Black to finish off the level. Just keep in mind that Black is most effective when pitted in small spaces, surrounded by debris. The deeper it goes into the rubble, the better the outcome will be… :)
Used AMslimfordy’s basic strategy from the ABN video with E-star’s adjustments. Used 3 birds and picked up over 6k. Thanks to you both.
The unstable structure did occur about 4 times but as sydjumps mentioned did not do enough damage to provide an above average score.
I left the Level open while I read the suggested Stratagy and watched the Video; I got lucky, the top of the Structure colapsed of it’s own volition and took out several Pigs with it. :-D
This method is not too difficult and can be repeated over and over again. Luck gets a higher score. Use BirdJo’s method for the first two, but I would suggest that it’s not the be all and end all to get 18k + with the first but obviously the more points the better. I got my present score with only 10k from the blue. After the yellow strikes you will hopefully have a situation where the two vertical stone column’s are still standing. This happens just about every time so no need to hope for the best. Now lob the BB into the space between them before the rest collapses on top of it and manually explode as it begins to drop. That’s it!
Sorry Slim. I could have saved a lot of text. Edit perhaps? I see now that this is more or less the video with only a subtle difference. The BB should not hit the first column at all and should be exploded just as it begins to fall.
