Our strategy for Mighty Hoax level 5-15 is to fire the first Yellow bird horizontally into the lower wooden plank holding the stone block. This should expose a path to arc a Yellow bird or two into the two remaining pigs. For extra damage points, take out a plank from the right side. The score in the video below is 62,250.

I used the same strategy as on this video for first bird and I launched second bird on the same trajectory as the first. That was enough to kill all the pigs and to make 73640 for this level. But it was far from the first attempt.
The goal to get high scores here is to have one bird left and to have made the right half collapse.
Your review is so simple, yet so precise, @kartflyer. Here’s the more complicated one :
1. Aim the first Yellow a bit lower than the official video so it’ll only destroy a pair of wooden and glass rectangular block (even better if it also destroys the wooden plank just below said blocks) without inflicting any damage to the other plank above the blocks. The undamaged plank will then act as a “forklift” and throw everything above it (including killing 2 top-most pigs) down the left. This shot should also destroy 2 glass blocks (glasses are bad for Yellow) in the way to helmet pig. Notice that in the official video, one of the glass block, albeit damaged (with 1 undamaged wooden block), is still getting in the way while the other one sliding down the left last.
2. Fire the second Yellow slightly higher directly at the helmet pig as it usually won’t die by falling debris, largely thanks to whoever made it’s helmet. I mean pig leader (mmm, it sounds quite familiar somehow), old grandpa pigs, nasty freckled pigs, even monstrous huge pigs are okay, but helmet pigs?! Come on, Rovio. Get real!. Fine, back to business. It’ll best if the right side of the structure remains unscratched for the time being. We’re going to need as much blocks as possible to fall down the “already-messy” left side.
3. High-arc the third Yellow so it’ll dive just barely to the left of the remaining right side, hitting the wooden plank to the top right of last pig, and rolling down to kill the pig. Us? Well, just watch and wish for favorable collapse… :D
Thank you @BirdJo for a nicely detailed strategy. I did get my 78K score attempting your strategy, but I had such good destruction from the second bird, with the right side collapsing in quite completely, I only had to clean up with a horizontal shot to get the last pig and a bit of debris.
The trick is to complete it with one bird. TBH I just got quite lucky I aimed for the first slanted wooded block
Launched the first two YB as shown in the AMslimfordy ABN video, straight on to the right. Launched the third up high to take out the bottom pig and collapse the right half of the structure. Increase score 5k.
