Walkthrough video and non power-up strategy for Angry Birds Friends on Facebook Tournament Level 6 Week 78, which began the week of November 11th, 2013. Our strategy for this level is to pop the first top balloon with Red Bird. With some luck, the resulting chain explosions can clear all the pigs. The score in the video below is 102,850.

My strategy for 102K points with power-ups. Wingman SS and KS:

SS/KS Wingman, Aim for horizontal plank on closest platform. Subsequent flying debris should take out all piggies, and most debris. 108k
On iPad with GS, bring everything down, just like the video-walk through. Should clear all pigs, but don’t stop there. Before level times out, use loaded WM to mop up debris for extra points. For my score (top score for now), I cleared everything in sky except one balloon for 74k. Then used loaded WM to mop up for an extra 19k points. Got 93k plus 2 birds left in quiver for 113k total. Nothing left but one balloon and one little cannonball. HINT: when mopping up with WM, avoid hitting little cannonballs first, which stop the WM dead in his tracks.
Non Powerup;
Yellow Bird on a gentle Arc, so that it takes out the balloon holding the platform, with the Lemons?? The falling debris, and exploding TNT/Flying cannonballs, should take out all pigs.
Follow up with the yellow bird if needed!! 105.2K
Update: 1 Bird No P/U. Aim at closest pink balloon. Red bird should continue to lower platform, tip, and the falling debris will start a chain reaction with exploding TNT. I shot, and was shocked!! I had tried this level many times today. 113k!!
Wow the vid was great, but I am having trouble reproducing. Here’s another non-PU strat: Red into first TNT (center of left side), sends cannon ball up, causing chain reaction to take out left side; YB way up and over, activate and aim so that it takes out top-right balloon, that should take out right side.
Score 104890 without power ups. Try the same strategy several time and make sure stones are destroyed.

My strategy is similar to brn. With no PU, aim the red bird towards the left most pinkish balloon so that it cuts off the lower 15 to 20% of the balloon. The red bird will then hit the lower middle pig platform. Exploding TNTs will throw rocks and apples taking out pig platform in the sky. It took three or four tries, so probably higher scores are possible with no PU.

Thanks Lizard. Glad it worked for you. I’m always pleased to see an opportunity for high score without PU. In fact, usually I’m pleased to get to average or a whisker above without PU.
I always seem to get my highest scores the first day the tournament comes out for the week. Today I’m stuck in the 107s and 108s with this one, and it has now lost my interest. Perhaps my mind is fresh and there is an aspect of beginner’s luck. Oh well, on to the next challenge. I’ll be back next week.

Interesting, if results are resolution dependent. My display is 192×1080. I found small C# program that displayed mouse coordinates, put it to display current coordinates in cycle in cmd prompt, put it on top of all windows and tracked down coordinates 189×758 where I always get 109,390 points. Pixel to left or right, up and down and no one-birder. If I have time, maybe I try to track down some other good point coordinates.

I tried quite some time but can’t beat my 109,390 score. Tried pixel by pixel from left side(x=0) and from some other places but my sweet spot is still 189×785 at max zoom out and screen resolution 1920×1080.
