Angry Birds Friends Tournament Level 6 – Week 40 – Feb 18th 2013

Walkthrough video and strategy for Angry Birds Friends on Facebook Tournament Level #6 Week 40 (this tournament began the week of February 18th, 2013). Our non power up strategy for this level is to fling the boomerang bird through the ropes holding up the tiny boulders (it should continue on and drop the large boulder too). This should pop all pigs but the far right one and the ones hiding under the slingshot. Aim the white bird low and drop the egg bomb just to the right of the left structure to take out the hiding pigs. The white bird should ricochet up and drop the TNT onto the far right pig. The score in the video is 118,260.

Our Angry Birds Friends Tournament walkthroughs for Facebook show you how to obtain 3 stars, most of the time without the aid of Power-Ups (we do make exceptions). 130 k… sort of like vid. except, instead of throwing green bird at that spot, reverse boom a rang. with cursor at 5 oclock, below the 2 pigs in little tower, Click on release. Bird must catch the edge of TNT to get it to drop into the debris. one bird is possible.

used your strategy, but had to go with 4 oclock instead of 5. much better strategy than video, thanks. this should help me keep the lead in the tournament.

Same/similar strat for a 1-bird 143,800. I knew the possibility was there because the within the first few tries it left only the bottom small pig alive under a pile of rubble. Then it took me a couple hundred more tries to finally get it to finish it off :P

In my case it was one of the small round rocks from the top bouncing off the pink bumper taking out the left structure/pigs.

i found the best angle is to put the mouse pointer exactly in the middle of the lime green section on the right edge of the launching area. then release and click as fast as you can….only took me ten tries to get 131K.

First shot wingman with ks+ss up to the stones..got lucky with tnt when debris took out the most left 2 pigs, after first shot only two pigs in middle were left..egg took out them..

Based on your strat, but I used 3 birds: 1st the same, white bird on debris in front of the bounce pad, and then SS WM.

ah, true and ty as i was trying to figure it out…. but it should be noted there was no wingman at the first go around, and maybe you agree but it seems like it’s “different”… for instance i swear i remember that rock tower near the bouncy thing falling over easier, and i’m almost positive the TNT was easier to detonate — almost too easy, now it seems like there is a reinforced wood ring around it…. maybe i’m imagining things, lol — anyhow thx for the prior week (now i can find the video i took back then) and good luck

How do you use wingman? Mine just flops.

here’s one way to use wingman: my video of nothing real spectacular but netted 129k….

as for wingman in general, i think Rovio actually made it so now you try and miss pigs sometimes. Hopefully everyone has figured this out to some extent, but fairly often the best way to use WINGMAN is to leave 1 (or 2) pigs alive and just go for damage…. you don’t want to kill that pig except with WINGMAN….. so now i find myself hoping for that instance where 1 pig is alive and away from all the rubble….and i can mop up the points with the other birds…. if there is stuff around the 1 pig, then POWER UP wingman and smash everything….. and for the record, if we are talking about “purity” in the game, using power ups pales in comparison to using someone elses strategy — just my opinion :)
