237K somehow without PU’s and special slings. Released upper sledge with first bird and all pigs in wooden cubes got destroyed. Killed pigs in ice cubes with second bird and sent bomb bird somewhere among rocks.
I saw a glimpse of hope for one-birder. Only one battered pigs remained after first shot which was at the first sledge, just above first rocket. Some stuff fell at the red rocket which exploded, pushed ice slate back and first rocket exploded, second sledge crumbled and top rocket exploded sending some small cube to the upper green rocket and as it exploded the upped sledge came down and … only one pig remained. 235K was final score.
After some tries I saw that yellow bird destroyed first wooden piece on sledge and glided below to the red rocket and made it explode. No one-birder yet but got situations where 1..2…3 pigs remained only.
I dont think a one-birder will get top score. i was close to getting one also, but I get better points by using all the birds. I’m up to 262k. i think i’ll stop for now. the leader has 277k, and I dont see how I can get there.
Jingle Sling-No P/U’s Yellow bird to upper right wood structure, releasing it downwards. Blue bird to glass, black bird to clean up. 242k
255,870 – I just used 1 bird to hit the right wood structure and it all came sliding down, but the weird thing is the block of ice at the bottom left started bouncing and throwing things up and and bouncing things up until it was all demolished. Glitch maybe?
Either a glitch or the perhaps there’s a new feature, a sleeping invisible abominable snowman. you awakened him and he expended his anger on the poor defenseless game elements. I think I’ll try yelling at my ipad, maybe i can wake him up too and improve my score…
No, its do-able in one using max PU’s + Wingman with one shot to the back structure, big slide takes all the birds out for a score of 265,580. I tried this combo several times without success. My partner did the same and scored a bit less but still did the hit as above.
I’ve had that happen too. It seems like a glitch since there were no visible explosives left that could cause this.
I don’t use power ups and the same thing happened with the ice blocks dancing around. When that happened, I got my highest score. I’m trying to figure out how to consistently make it happen. I think it has something to do with the black bird landing directly on the ice block all the way on the left and exploding on it. Has anyone else been able to figure out how to trigger the “dancing ice blocks”?
Does anyone think that 289,220 is possible in this level? That seems to be the high score in my league so far…. :-/
289,220 definitely doesn’t seem doable. There are appx 275k total points available (this includes destroying every ice platform stone ball etc. literally everything). The question is how much of that can be destroyed with a single bird? With strategy below, I can get 250-255k somewhat consistently on one bird. If ALL stone balls were to break on first bird, this could get as high as 260-263k or so. Since you rely upon the platforms to slide down to get this destruction, there is no way that I see to get more than that. I would question anything above 285k as complete nonsense since, as I stated, destroying everything but the platforms is only about 263k.
Using IOS, I hit JS-WM (No KS) at the last structure right at the balls. The last rocket launched from jingle balls, allowing the structure to tumble in with the WM riding on it, once it hit bottom, the WM rolled into the rest of stuff. I have broken 270k a few times with different iterations of this strategy between IOS and PC. With a really lucky destruction of the stone balls and a similar strategy, I could see getting near total destruction with a single bird and hitting above 280k. I am testing FLW (IOS) into the stones at various angles to see if it is possible to take out all of the stones and still ride down and finish. If so, I will repost with the spot I hit to get them all.
FLW right at center of pile. Many of my attempts busted the platform making good score impossible. There is some luck involved in making sure you destroy the stones and still ride the platform down. Good luck.

I got close to the same Score 269,650. Top score on my level is 277k. I sent wing man with seeds and king slick PU to the back structure about 10 times to finally get that score. I think more is possible but it would take luck.
well, I went through more than 60 WM, hitting the beam on the top shack. unfortunately i didnt get anywhere close to the vid, and it looks like I wont be advancing this week. If i had made progress, I would have tried on other levels, but I squandered so many PUs that I’m done for the week. Actually, after seeing some of the aberrant behavior of the powerups recently. I ‘m very close to going back to play without powerups. I dont mind paying for performance, but when FLW can penetrate 6 or 8 ice sheets in one level but cant make it through 2 on another level, I really start to question the justification of spending money on powerups.
Once again I’m thanking you, @jodelson2, but I needed 2 birds so far. Had two of the little piggies left, can’t seem to get them all with 1. But I will keep trying.
I’ve just managed 278k with this strategy… Wingman destroyed most of the stone balls and ice platform was probably one step short of total destruction, but allowing the Wingmant to slide down and take most of the bottom out. Think I ended up with two stone balls, the odd plank and top score (by 8K) in my league… thanks Jodelson! :)

As far the “glitch”, not sure if its just ios, but at first i thought it was once every so many tries but after further review it seems like i found a way to repeat it 60-70% of the time, i use JS havent tried any other slings and i shot YB straight down so he just passes over first rocket and lands on upper glass slate, sometimes the rockets vibration will cause the upper rockets to go off and fall. Now with Blues, regardless whether upper structure comes down or not shoot blues at the first two glass slates, it seems like the thing that causes the glitch is to get rid of all the tiny glass blocks ( the same ones that detonate rockets in level 3 or 4, dont remember which) and have 2 of 3 of the birds land on first glass block while having all debris destroyed on it. As far as the upper structure, for some reason if its still standing, as soon as blues hit lower section it causes the far right rocket to detonate. Now i have had the glitch happen at other times but only once have i had it happen with a one birder i sent YB to top structure then. So it seems the glitch is kinda repeatable
Btw have been able to get 257k with JS no PUs and 2 birds and 265k with one bird
@eddiemazza , I can confirmytour method for triggering the glittch. i was able to duplicate it a few times, and even added a couple K to my score. thanks!
