Walkthrough video and non power-up strategy for Angry Birds Friends on Facebook Tournament Level 2 Week 78, which began the week of November 11th, 2013. Our strategy for this level is to fling yellow directly into the first, top horizontal glass plank. This should clear the way to the long row of balloons. Then simply pop all those balloons with Yellow to finish off the level. The score in the video below is 258,520.

BQ, Then yellow bird to pop balloons on any remaining boulders. 270K
bq on tablet destroys all but not a lot of points

No need for BQ. Just do a hulk smash with loaded WM into left corner of boulders in the sky. Experiment withing aiming. @bambenio should like this level because of hulk smash :) No BQ needed. Woooooooooo!

Non Power Up;
I was lucky with this, aimed yellow bird at far left balloon, and it slid in and took out a good number of the upper balloons. Every boulder fell, and took out all piggies. Only 1 bird, and lots of debris left 269.8k
@terribletom, I’ll have to try that. I scored more points with two birds. Used the stone slingshot, first bird through bottom rectangle stone and took out the firs 5-6 balloons, then took out the rest with the second bird. Ended with 268,340. When you got the one birder, did you aim straight up and come down to get the first balloon? Thanks! :)
@laurali….I aimed at a 45 degree angle or so, and went up and under the 2 vertical stones. I have tried many times….doesn’t always work. I have bettered my original score by 7k!! All depends how & where the boulders fall!! Good Luck!!
Hard to three-star without PU. It can be 1-birded by hitting the side of the big pile of boulders from above, but it doesn’t always give three stars. My highest score without PU was 260k with two birds.

@sal9: two birds with no PU for 268,950 (a bit less than anasx but close enough that her/his score is believable) was similar to the video, except the first bird went through the lower left balloons rather than hitting the ice plank. The falling boulders destroyed ALL the ice on the ground. It took several attempts (less than 10), but never achieved less than 3 stars. (I don’t use power ups, my scores are clean!)
I’ve managed 275k with the same method (no PUs).
Sorry I meant I only used one bird, but with a similar approach: hit the lower left balloons, but make sure it also pops a few of the balloons in the upper row.
same method, no PU’s 2 birds, and 271590 (but many attempts on PC version). It is possible to pop all pigs with one bird, but i have lower score in this case.

It can be 1 Birded with a lucky shot right under the glass piece on the left side of the boulder pile but this rarely scores high enough for 3 stars.

For this level if you are not using power ups I think using 2 birds to achieve a higher score is better than trying to hit that little spot under the glass piece with 1 bird.
(Yes, you can throw 1 bird and clear the boulders but high scores without power ups are hard to reach. It seems you lose points most of the time when all the boulders fall at one time.)
In my video, I was just trying different things and got real lucky with my first bird but it follows my strategy for a 2 bird throw and releasing the boulders in 2 parts.
BQ then Golden Sling and SS+Wingman to destroy boulders.

have you also noticed that you get bonus points if the stones falln on the yellow bird? which is fully crazy! dirty,)
288+, YB no p-ups, in the “sweet” spot so that destroys all balloons and all rocks fall, killing pigs. Then full WM to get as much as possible
