Angry Birds Flock Favorites Level 29-15 Walkthrough

One strategy for Angry Birds Flock Favorites Level 29-15 is to send the bomb bird towards the top hallow block, and detonate upon impact. The tower should collapse to the right, and clear the king pig. Then send Matilda at the base of the first tower. Finally, drop the bomb bird next to the remaining pigs. The score in the video below is 150,060.

158780 with two birds and it was almost a 1-birder. Basically the same two shots in the video but the first shot a little lower to try and take that pesky pig in the wooden box. Found the right spot as the structure collapsed left and upper structure fell down too. Everything was destroyed except for a badly beat up pig on the ground. Matilda cleaned him up and rang up some debris points in the process. I’m not sure exactly where I aimed except that it was a little lower than video. Tried about 30 times to repeat but couldn’t. Until someone else repeats it, I’m crediting it to luck.

1 bird, similar to @dmsral, aimed just above the pig the box manually activated, every fell down, didn’t get the TNT and not high score.

I managed to duplicate it! I think 160k+ awaits those who fling enough times.

163.5k/1 with it for top score currently, but not for long probably as it is quite repeatable (and 165k+ definitely possible). to that end, i was hitting the 1st so the small stack falls to the right, detonating it when the (wood) top of the stack hits (the stone of) the top-right structure, in order to maximize the impact and to destabilise the latter enough for it to self-collapse (say 1 in 3; maybe other destabilising methods work as well/better). repeat until you get good fall-out.

if the top-right doesn’t fall down, you can make it do so by sending a 2nd in a medium high arc, activating it above the middle platform to send the carcass into the pile of stones (good scores, say 115k+ at that moment, are attained typically when the pile falls to the right followed there somewhat later by the carcass), and then quickly high-lobbing a 3rd into the gap of the left structure (preferably getting there via a ricochette off the stone on the platform; say for another 15-20k).150k+/3 scores not so difficult, 155k+ a bit more so, but even into the low 160ks should be doable with it.

Took a while @vuelva, but finally was able to get the 1-birder for 160k+ Following your strat. Aiming for the empty square above the pig gives the right amount of tip so the left-hand towers also fall.

Yay! A momentary top score of 164k :)

I followed @jonstad‘s tip to aim for the box above the pig, and @vuelva‘s tip to wait for the stack to lean before detonating. This was working quite well, but I was stuck at 160k (repeatedly). I finally realized my error. I was detonating the moment the wood stack touched the stone, which is a bit too soon, leaving the left side largely unscathed. I started to pay more attention to the location of the bird when detonating. After the stack leans, I wait for the bird to fall to the top left corner of the hollow stone block, then I manually detonate. Hope that helps :)

I’ve had a couple of 1 birdies. Just detonate BB close to boxed pig and wait for everything to fall right and left. Best sofar 160 K.

@answeris42 is there any chance your fantastic score of 177k is a typo?

It wasn’t a typo but I haven’t been able to duplicate the same effect and didn’t think to take a screenshot. It was the same single-bomb technique that others have used but a lot more came crashing down on both sides. I will input the highest score I have with picture evidence (163520).

Current top score of 165 330 with approach explained by @vuelva and others.

I found it more successful to detonate manually the bomb just a bit after the small stack falls to the right. The tnt was not activated and some cement pieces on the bottom left were still there so I guess 168k might be feasible!

Same approach as others. I found that after hitting the hollow square in the middle with BB detonating it just as it strikes the corner of the stone square is effective. Quite a few 1-birders ranging from 148k to 163k+.

Best (so far) technique: Launch first bird very high by pulling it back just enough to reveal a tiny bit of green between the slingshot handle and the bird which will land on a plank which then catapults one stone square into the stone square under the central wood tower. That tower will fall left. No need to time the explosion which often results in the king pig’s destruction. Finish the central stone tower with Matilda. The catapult accuracy of the first bird is essential.

I’ve been working FF for quite a while now and I am just about done with it. A few observations though. First off, it’s pretty easy to get three stars on all the levels here. I got them fairly quickly. Getting significantly better than 3 stars requires skill. Getting an elite score, like say top twenty, requires skill and a LOT of luck. Repetition is the key here. Maybe I’m stating the obvious, but I figured it was worth saying.

1) Line up da bomb by putting the bottom of the sling at or just above the pupil of Matilda.
2)Hit the hollow square between the two piggies on the left tower of the upper tier.
3) As the tower leans to the right, the bomb bird hopefully drops straight down and does not get stuck in the tower or on the short board just below the hollow square. Detonate the bird when it reaches the top of the hollow stone block.
4) Watch the show and hope you get lucky.

All this being said, I don’t think the potential of this level has been fully exploited yet. I believe 170K is possible.
