3* again at 112610. I think it’s relatively safe to call 112000 as the 3* minimum score.
But I had to work to get my totals below 113K.

Once again, all luck. I even had a good run where I broke several balloons, but they really don’t add up to much. I think it’s all in that T-shaped stone block that is usually remaining. Power-ups do not seem to help much. Don’t waste them here.

Thanks for that hint, I hit right at that T shaped wood, n scored 115860.

Is there any value to those “invisible” pegs holding up all of the pigs? I remember that there weren’t any left when I got my high score. Bill, I think you’re right about those pieces of stone being the key to a high score. Stone always has the most value. I wish there were a chart on the point values of the different shaped stone, wood, glass & miscellaneous pieces.

I just shot straight at the pigs and popped some balloons along the way, which dropped a ball on the TNT. No Power-Ups needed for this level.

I just got 118,110. Was on the phone and talking about the level, i was trying to think of a strategy and decided to just shoot the bird anyways while I was thinking…. It was a horribly aimed shot which basically involved bouncing the bird hard on the ground about halfway to the wooded dynamite thing. Didn’t think anything of it until my score came up. Then my girlfriend tried same thing and although she isn’t joined up here , she got 117,900…. so i wish I would have paid better attention, but try the bounce idea if you want to try something different….cheers

and since i don’t see it talked about, one thing I would say is that sometimes that rack holding the TNT will rotate counter-clockwise, or left so that it points the pellets more toward the sky and hence more of the ballons…. also has anyone tried shooting the yellow bird maybe ALMOST straight up and then maybe hitting a few balloons on the way down before bouncing off the ground and into the TNT?….

well, i just got 119330. Good enuf for 2nd….. aimed yellow bird almost straight up (where the sling doesn’t even pull all the way back), and ignited him quickly…. sat back and watched… (this was the 3rd or 4th try with this strategy)…. he popped maybe a couple of ballons and got knocked around a bit himself and landed on the front of the TNT and didn’t set it off but actually knocked off one of the pellets I think, then one of the pellets that were flying around (i’m not sure if it’s cause maybe my bird it it or what) came falling down onto the back of the TNT igniting it…. with a little luck all the pigs died and BLAM!… 119330
