Below is our gameplay walkthrough that will help you beat Angry Birds Epic Magic Shield Level 5. Deja vu for the fifth time, but this is a far more challenging level. The Spirit Caller acts quickly and dangerously, and it can prove very difficult to knock out your opponents without allowing them the opportunity to revive.

Birds used:
Paladin
Lightning Mage
Princess
Use pepper for paladin until a couple ghosts start showing up. After that use it on lightning Mage for multiple attacks on every target.
Have princess hit a target to have them all target paladin.
Use lightning Mage to quick attack paladin (which will heal the paladin doing so)
If paladins health gets low just heal with princess.
Have princess cure the life drain spell right away when it is cast.
Just follow those guidelines and you’re set!!

I got my 3 stars using Paladin, Princess, and Spies. I purged Leech immediately, but otherwise I just used Glee and the Paladin to keep the group’s health up. I used the Spies on the ghosts as they came, which I found prevented them from even getting to attack, while damaging the Caller at the same time. Otherwise, I focused all my energy onto attacking him, including giving Red the rage chile every time, and was able to defeat him rather quickly. The only special condition was that the blues had the Ballista, which occasionally yielded massive criticals and may be the only appropriately-leveled weapon for the Spies that would allow them to kill ghosts so effectively.
If you can not afford the paladin try using this bird combo
Rain bird, Princess, Spies
With This You Have 2 Healers And 2 Birds That Attack All Pigs
And Speed Of Light Pairs Very Well With The Glee Ability
Just Make Sure You Clear Leech Right Away And Have Some Backup Healing Items
And You Can Get 3 Stars Without Upgraded Birds
I got slaughtered trying the recommended strategy with my alt, but when I changed Chuck to Rainbird I easily got 3 stars.
Rainbird removes Mass Leach with Healing Rain and casts Poison Rain on all undead pigs, Capt’n boosts the Paladin and removes healing from the pigs, Paladin heals most injured bird every time he attacks. Always give the rage chili to Chuck.
