Our strategy for Danger Above level 8-1 is to lob the first Black bird into the second column of pigs. With a little luck, you can pop all pigs in the first three columns. Loft the next Black bird toward the last column of pigs. Use another Black bird as needed. The score in the video below is 103,740.
If you have a different strategy feel free to leave a comment below; however, don't just post your score via the comments, as that's what the leaderboards are for.

The Danger Above Chapter 8 backgrounds remind me of Jack and the Beanstalk. Maybe the hen laid a GE in 8-15? :)
I found it easier to go via 3-birder, since concrete counts a lot in this level.
First shot head on straight into first vertical triple stone structure. This breaks upper stone, bomb kills three pigs by falling into columb. Via explosion 3 more pigs in the middle die. Then fire into concrete left next to third columb, causing damage and again killing 3 pigs. Same with last bomb. W/b gives extra 10.000.
I agree with Emider, block count, and help kill pigs. I found it’s better to let the bricks do the job, instead of direct kill of the pigs. I lobed the first bird into the middle empty column, let it rest on the ground, and explode. Next bird far right pile, next, closes pile. hit bricks, not pigs. One bonus bird. G.L.! :)
I used the same strat as emider and got 109,340.
Here is my video for everybody to enjoy!
Used the AMslimfordy video technique on the first shot. Lined up bomb bird with the curved tip of the green plant behind the sling. Then used Emider’s first shot for the left side. Flung the 3rd bomb bird to the right to take out the remaining pigs.
Second option. Fling the 1st bb high and down the center gap that does not have any pigs. Takes out center blocks and 6 pigs. Line up the aim of the launch a little behind the curved tip of the green plant. Fling 2nd bb down into the first right column of pigs with a slight arc. Fly the bb over to the far right sent of pigs.
I took a center, left, right, approach, the center being the wide gap covered by a brick. When possible, although counterintuitive to me, let bomb bird land in the snow. I like to go for the center gap first because a good blast from the left will block the gap.
