Will the admins make a video about the Orange Bird when the Space v1.3.0 update comes? Just curious.

probably

If the differences are significant enough to warrant one, then I’d agree. At this point, since we really don’t know what those differences are, that’s still a big “if.”

By Takacs David

orange bird has 2 forms when he’s inflated:
– when he looks like a ball
– when his seatbelts extends far.
so there mighty be some difference!

For now the assumption is no, since a priori I don’t think it will behave significantly different than in the oher apps. but if I’m wrong and there’s a significant change, it will be added to Lesson 2 likely.

That was very cool. All along Slim, and others have been noting the major differences between e ME and the SE, but it doesn’t achieve a visceral reality without seeing it for oneself. On my iPad, I’ve been sort of saving AB:Spae for last, wanting to get the other apps up to speed before turning all my attention to Space, so the timing of this video is pretty good. Also, it’ll be good to come back for inspiration for those times when frustration presents itself.

Another great video @slim! Interesting thoughts, how what you think may not always be the solution, and doing tests with birds helps out big time! Also, I like the title. Sorta ties in with Rovio’s new picture.
P.S., I’ll guess that the answer to the trivia question is that they both fall at the same time.

I’ve just noticed that there’s a trivia question too XD.
The answer is:
Technically, in a vacuum, there’s no gravity so, none of them would fall to the ground.

How do you get a bowling ball in a vacuum in the first place?

Rank: Slinger with 1075 points
By PigFlinger1234 (@pigflinger)

Well, i know that a vacuum is gravity-less. And if there’s an object in a gravity-less place, it’s, well, “floating” around :P.

@Dorito and @PigFlinger — I wasn’t even aware of this. BirdLeader must have added it before publishing.

Also be sure to try the image trivia — though it is quite advanced.

@amslimfordy So, it wasn’t you that created the “Quick trivia”? I was think it was you that created it.

A vaccuum is a space without air, not necessarily without gravity. Therefore, the bowling ball and the feather would reach the ground at the same time.

On Apollo 15, the astronauts dropped a hammer and a feather on the moon, and they fell at the same rate. @pigflinger, I’m pretty sure Vacuums and gravity are unrelated; there’s vacuum in the solar system, but there’s also gravity from the sun keeping the planets in place.

Rank: Slinger with 1075 points
By PigFlinger1234 (@pigflinger)

Yeah yeah, it’s my mistake. I was thinking it means “A place WITHOUT any air or gravity”

Rank: Champion with 3420 points
By Dorito (@dorito)

Yay! I got it right! Though, I thought afterwards @pigflinger1234’s answer was the real right one.

AMslimfordy very good video and tips for using the SE. Informative in the use of the SE. I like to obtain the feathers because they are fun-bonus games within the 3-star games. Nice job. Thanks.

Actually, I think that the suggestion of wasting a consumable Space Eagle mimicking an actual bird shot that produces very little if any destruction is not a good one. They key is to maximize destruction, and if you have multiple shots available, and one produces FAR more destruction under normal circumstances than any of the others, that’s the Space Eagle shot you should take.

Rank: DaBomb with 350 points
By Imaginary Bird (@im_an_angry_-bird)

Well, there’s no air in space, so they would fall and reach at the same time. Yay for science!

@AMslimfordy — This may be the best video yet! I almost have enough SE’s to try using them.

Great video just like the others. And just saying I have this crazy idea of an ABSP level. In the trailer you can see that the birds go through a portal and that portal changes there abilities. So what if Rovio makes a new planet for ABSP and in the levels you can go though a portal and the birds go from normal to space birds and from space birds to normal. That will make the gameplay harder but it would be awesome.

By Takacs David

Wow now THATS an idea that I should have came up with… but awesome!

By danimario9

The idea’s pretty nice, but I think it would be inconsistent between AB and ABSp.

By hristaki032 (@hristaki032)

Yes danimario9 but that is the idea.Maybe a portal planet or a new game.Angry Birds Portal. That will be a hit.
