I don’t know how it happened. The game credited me with 2 Bird Bonuses after I tried to Release her for extra points.
@tinostar11 Do you mean your bonus birds were credited twice when you tried to fling one after all the pigs were killed on a level?
Yep , I saw two bonuses pop up for two different birds: the 2nd one I shot and the one that must had just popped up on the sling after the 1st 10,000 came out.
@tinostar11 Thanks for the reply, and reporting that. Do you remember roughly what score the double-count gave you? Given your current score, I’m guessing it’d be above 40-50k?
I’ll try to replicate it once I get to that level, but if that’s what actually happened, it looks like Stella brought the Rio double-count bug (DCB) home with her.

16950 was the Score after the 1st bird was thrown. The 2nd one didn’t score anything.
@tinostar11 My fault. I didn’t realize this was one of the endless-bird levels.
Well, I just confirmed the bug on iOS. On this level, and probably all five “endless bird” levels, If Stella #2 is fired into the ground or an obstacle within a certain time window prior to the bird count, Stella #3 appears and both birds get a 10k bonus. One interesting twist: if Stella #2 is fired too early, the score tally begins before Stella #3 appears, and you don’t get ANY bonus! I also got an impossible 16,290 score that way.
The admins will decide how to handle it, but since this does appear to be a score-affecting bug, you, @dbkraemer and anyone else who gets it may need to knock 10k off your score.
I fixed my score just to be on the safe side. I also got the zero Bonus score you mentioned , too.
@tinostar11 & @kelani, I too just experienced this bug on my Android phone as my score was 36420. I didn’t see it happen, but with this score I imagine it had to be what happened as I see no other way for this 10k.
Prior to this my best was 27140 & I was trying for another few hundred points & depending on how I’d been adjusting my aim I was scoring between 26.4k & a little over 27k.
I’m including @Admins as I understand you two are on iOS & I’m on Android, so it’s now on both platforms; I’m obviously not posting my 36k.
I didn’t even try to shoot an additional bird but still got the double 10,000 bonus.
@justpast40 Thanks for the info. @SweetP who also uses Android got the glitch as well, and I just noticed this post by @pigcrusher below. he says he didn’t even try to fling Stella #2, but got the bonus. I see another people has posted a 36k score as well.
FWIW, I estimate the max possible score on this level to be between 27,380 – 27,400. (which means it’s probably 29,000 or more).
Yes, this also occurred on my Kindle (Android)for 36K
It would nice to have a definitive answer, as in, is this like the Christmas hat where it is available to all and should be counted? I note that the top scores on the leaderboard obviously have this glitch factored in…
@kelani, I indefinitely wasn’t in the process of firing another bird … it just happened.
Have you heard anything from the admins on this issue? I’m presuming not, but am now below average, I imagine due to not posting my 36k score.
@justpast40 They’ve been quite busy cranking out all that Stella content (131 walkthroughs/videos!). My guess? It could be two days to two weeks, but it’ll happen. I imagine more players will also flag/complain along the way. Since the max score will be obvious on these levels, I just hope they set a low score cap to prevent future glitchy scores from being posted.

Same happened to me. Got another bonus bird, and ended up with a score of 36410 on my iPhone. I did not post that one though – put in a more correct score of 27140.
@admins should those two scores of 36k be dismissed since they are result of a bug?
@conehead is that a typo subtracting 9000?…. I got the glitch as well, 36730, but will put in 26730 to follow suit
I didn’t get the glitch so am presuming it’s fixed. Didn’t try to fire the extra Stella either so not sure. I did notice however, that little bits rope (or branch) fall into the grass below and the only way to exceed 27k is for Stella to land on, and destroy them.
Was watching quite closely and thought I got the lot but there must be one tiny piece for the extra 10 points @max scored but I really can’t see a higher score than his being available. Have been wrong before though so don’t take it as gospel.
Nope, just saw couple extra sticks I haven’t seen before so there’s definitely room to improve, must need a REALLY spot on trajectory to get (and smash) them all though.
At 2B strategy I take once over 27K (27.080). 2nd B will take small points. With more birds try at Android phone I twice made over 36K with easy (36.830). CC: @Admins? I cannot repeat it NOW but with 3-4 birds I made it twice.
I repeat it 3rd time with 36.820
@bird-tester the bug affects iOS and Android, It is just difficult to make happen at will.
