Angry Birds Epic Bottomless Cave Dungeon Walkthrough

Angry Birds Epic Bottomless Cave Dungeon is unlocked after passing Lake Land level 3, which occurs during the pursuit of the submarine. Like all dungeons, this level is difficult but not the worst by any means. Focus on birds with high health while battling hog after hog. As usual, it’s a 5-wave battle. For help you can borrow on of your friends’ birds in addition to two of your own. Alternatively, you can use Piggy McCool as a default friend, or pay to use one of the Mighty Eagle’s more-elite birds.

Managed 1 star with level 19 Vet Paladin, Vet Blues, and level 16 McCool. Enemies are still same level a video, but considerably stronger. Can’t take out 1 enemy before first attack.

Comment on using this dungeon to rack up snoutlings running on auto-play: Think there are better dungeons if you have to use McCool. Having passed dungeon, the enemies are now at level 19. Not sure what the average is yet, but might be ~20.

Average on auto-play for 25 battles is ~22 snoutlings / battle. Not fantastic. That includes 1 wealthy rogue in the first wave, which I made sure to get. Never saw a wealthy rogue in the second wave, but then auto-play only gets to the second wave maybe 30% of the time, and my whole point in using auto-play is to rack up snoutlings without having to be constantly tied to the iPad.

Saw second wealthy rogue in wave one at 30+ battles. I stopped counting.

Wealthy rogues are not paying off in the new update, at least in my experience. I get two or three snoutlings only. Anyone else?

I used my Druid Matilda with Doom/Demise set and my Trickster Blues with Ballista/Bolts set. I didn’t even take a hit, but would have easily been able to recover if I had.

I found a better strategy last night. Samurai Red with hammers set and Princess Matilda with Doom/Demise set. Piggy McCool wasn’t even needed.

I used samurai and Rainbird and Mccool.2 stars.
