Walkthrough video and non power-up strategy for Angry Birds Star Wars Facebook Tournament Level #5 (Day 5, released on December 6th, Week 51 which began on December 2nd, 2013). Our non power-up strategy is to send Chewie into the first horizontal plank on the planet. Then send Leia into the northern tie-fighter, and aim her tractor beam at the blaster cannon before impact. The score in the video below is 104,320.

My strategy is much like the video too… 112k so far
Same first shot. Second shot sling Leia around the top side of the atmosphere while doing the same pull on the cannons. She knocks out part of the tower, and then the guns blow up all the rocks and the fighter on the top of the screen.
i have 2 strats for this level 1 really easy and 1 fairly difficult but has netted me 111k score if anyone would like to try it easy 1 1st aim chewie at lowest pig on chain so he goes thru it and into the ring and hits other pig and wood which will make structure collapse an other pigs fall into ring o deathhen leia at spaceship while pulling gun up killing bottom 2 pigs and all far right to clear the level or 2nd way chewie aimed at middle pig on chain aim the line so its on the pigs right ear then let go chewie will take out a lot on his way over to the right side of the level then leia aimed at where ship wud hv been(chewie will kill it on your 1st go)pulling up on the gun whilst on her travels clearing the rest of level,better to pull on the gun just as it fires its 3rd round so by the time leia starts to pull its just ready to go off when u need it and i tried the video way which also works,many ways to do this level thanks to the gun
I found that the you can do first shot in whatever way you like and which does the most destruction. One quite good shot is like gdgamer2013 describes, “chewie aimed at middle pig on chain aim the line so its on the pigs right ear”. With second shot you just must pull cannon with Leia quite early, just past the upper small rock which is beside cannon. If yo can pull it off then cannon travels so that it shoots almost everything down. Got 112K itself.
115k even. I aimed chewie a little lower than right ear(at small white dot below larger white dot) and the other three pigs on chains stayed on space and cannon shot them down afterward with all the chains.
@sasilik yea it was the attempt lining it up with the pigs right ear was the one that netted me the 111k which his since been improved to 114k no p/u never use them
