Walkthrough video and strategy for Angry Birds Friends on Facebook Tournament Level 5 Week 72 which began the week of September 30th, 2013. Our non power-up strategy for this fun level is to use the first three birds to pop all the balloons, so that all the pigs land on the ground. Then use the remaining birds to destroy as many blocks as possible for extra points. The core in the video below is 291,960.

i ment last Bird not used… maybe a Bird has swallowed the letter a!!
1st use a BQ!! Whatever doesn’t roll & drop….use additional birds to brings the items down!!
Used all birds, kept firing at pile on ground!! Used Wingman last, before last large pig was wiped out!! 300k!!

BQ then whats left use wingman KS SS 320K
Still not sure what is best. First bird is Wingman + KS (but NOT SS) to bring down everything; it should just touch the left side of the second highest platform on the left. Then the mess begins to clean up… The only thing that seems to make more sense is to save the SS for the green bird. The ideal would to be able to bring down everything with the red bird, but still not whether it is possible. Muk, how did you do 350.000? In the iPad??
@congo I actually have 360k! I asked Slim @amslimfordy to raise max score so I can post. Here’s what I did…
On an iPad Mini, 4-birds with PUs:
1) BQ;
2) second bird to bring down anything that remained after BQ (usually the nearest little piglet remains);
3) third bird to bring down anything still remaining after BQ–or–use to pick off pigs on the ground;
4) wait for debris to settle down and stop wiggling, then aim WM+SS (no KS, too strong) at first pig on the left of the remaining pile. WM will bounce through the pile. With a little luck, all pigs will be popped, then, before the level times out;
5) launch bloated GB toward left edge of the largest remaining pile. GB can rack up 15-20k more points!
There was some debris left but was unsure if it was worth using the Black Bird. After some quick math, I put the BB back on his perch. Score was already 320k with four birds left! Total score: 360170.
Thanks @dseufert! That’s an astonishing score! I will give it a try! What do you mean by “bloated” Green bird??? Do you mean without turning?
“Bloated” bird. Usually refers to Matilda (WB) but also can mean YB or GB, etc. Launch bird but don’t activate its power. Hence, the name, “bloated.” :)
There’s also “reverse” GB, which doesn’t necessarily apply to this level, but it can come in handy sometimes. Launch GB in the wrong direction, usually left, then activate and “reverse” its direction. Works great on some levels. Much more power. Often overlooked, like BQ.
Tried this strat on a Tablet. Definitely obtained more than 6k, from what I got on FB.149K!!!!
BQ brings everything down, and amazing how the birds jut blow through the debris!! Not on FB!!

Sorry guys, I have been concentrating to the max. We are using an amazing strategy by a guy called David, who is the mastermind behind it. Muk already mentioned the first two shots. Highest thus far is 372k by @bobafett with 4 birds. I am a bit behind with 369k.
Aim red bird at first little pig then use the shake so everything else falls down then use wing man on king sling to take all remainder out I got 327510 :-)
On iPad
And first little pig with yellow balloon :)
Now upto 335k by doing as above but also using all remainder birds on debris

Thanks much for the video “bm”. I am playing on iPad and my birds don’t PUSH the boxes they just Kindof soft smash them so I can’t get your same effect but at least I finally got 3 stars w/o PU’s!

One of the best levels ever in my opinion. Used all birds.
320,650 w/o PUs. Aim red bird at wood blocks on the left side of left top pig (w/o helmet). Bird will drop down on smaller pig. Everything on left and middle should fall.
Aim yellow bird at wood blocks on left side of top middle pig, it should push into the pigs to it’s right causing everything else to come down. Use all the rest of the birds to take out everything on the ground. Orange bird and Red Bird slide far so they’ll destroy everything.
Use the “Shake” Pig if you have, all the wooden blocks turn and fall. Use all the birds to destroy pigs and to aim the debris towards the right side. Use the explode bird to break up any big piles and the Big Red does he rest. I did get a core of 320 050 on another computer.
