Walkthrough video and strategy for Angry Birds Friends on Facebook Freddy for a Day Tournament Level 6 Week 68 which began the week of September 2nd, 2013. Our non power-up strategy for this level is to use two Yellow Birds to clear the top pigs. Then another two to destroy the bottom ones. The score in the video below is 93,160.

2 Birds, if you aim accurately. First bird for the whole row below. 2.Bird for the whole row above.
On PC haven’t been able yet to clear upper row with one bird. But lower one goes quite nicely with one bird. And then two birds to clear upper row. Got 105,080
Exactly…one bird for each row…93,510, on PC.
Seems to be platform dependent. I haven’t been able to clear any of the rows even once with one bird despite hundreds of attempts (iphone).
96k with 4 birds though: Lower row first, aim slightly over the first pig. Bird should clear entire row except the first pig. Second row to pop the first pig and clear the rest of the debris. Target score after lower row: 50k.
Then two birds to clear the upper row. 100k+ should be possible with 4 birds if you get a little lucky with the upper row.

@terribletom I did mine a bit differently. First I try to take all the lower part without PUs (yellow bird accelerate throuh successive planks), for a bit more than 40K. The more than lands on the right, the better. This is not an easy shot. Once you cleared the bottom part, then you follow with the fully loaded Wingman. Trust me, this will not only save you A LOT of PUs, but will also bring you additional points when either the Wingman or debris fall down on top of the other debris. Depending on how things landed, a third bird might be worth below. I used 3 birds for +121K, but 118+ relatively easy to pull off once you master the first shot.
This is my low maintenance, highly effective, three-bird strategy for more than 120K in this really fun level. The first step is to use two birds without PUs to wipe out the lower part and push as much as possible to the right side (first bird through the small planks to destroy everything; second bird to finish the job). Do not proceed to use the wingman and PUs unless you have at least 47-49K. The second step is to use a fully loaded Wingman to cut through the upper part AND land on top of the debris below. A good third shot should bring around 50K by itself (i.e. without debris below), but can be up to 52K if you find the sweetspot. With luck, I think it can go up to 124K. But I still need to try @terribletom ‘s strategy, which may be more straightforward.
exactly as you described:) pulled out a 2-birder with 122k.
1st shot is a hard one.. i mean really hard.. its always either 1st piglet staying alive.. or the YB gets stuck in the derbis and doesn’t slide till the end to kill last “island”
1st shot is alot easier with a KS.. If i succeded in 1 out of 40 no pu shots i manage to pull this one ever 3-4 shots with KS.. the problem is that the destruction is weak.. i managed to get 39k only once.. usually it ends 35ish after 1st shot ;)

I had 92k after 2 birds with 1 pig alive, which is worth 5k points.. had to mop up lower row and it improved my score =]

ONCE I cleared the bottom row with one bird then the next one hit the top stone and bounced my three stars away with it. Not happening on the iPhone.
Aim almost flat and activate thrust early that’s worked for me on iPhone to clear the bottom with 1 bird.
No PU’s, 4 birds: 102.270k!

@revol, you are almost on spot, but you can improve the shot in the lower part with one bird only. This means you could do almost 110K with no PUs. Also, I believe it is better to begin with the lower part, so that the debris from the top helps you finish whatever is left. I hope it helps.

In my experience you almost never get more than 40k after one bird on the lower part. I usually get around 33-36k on the very rare occasions that I even clear it with one bird. With two birds however 50k+ scores are relatively easily to get on the lower part. I’ve had up to 53k with two birds. So I think it is very hard to get better overall scores with only one bird for the lower part.

Okay.. so whole week scores of pals who achieved 128-129k in this level were tagged as cheated.. and everyone was happy to see it happening..
And now CC Jolly claims he also did 128k.. ok.. lets say its legit and a true score.. we accept it.. but
WHAT ABOUT THOUSE GUYS WHICH SCORES YOU REMOVED?!? There were plenty 128-129k scores.. Where are they now?
How da heck can you say their scores were cheated and current top score isn’t.. I’m not telling current top score is cheated.. i require proofs or at least logic explanations how it was achieved..
I do think it could be possible because i had missed narrowly on 127k score..
FreaK (@dclxvi): A general standard for removing scores is if the user has never contributed to the community and enters scores so high. Also, when I see a brand new user with all Tourney scores in the Top 5, I question whether they can legitimately beat the best of you (you, Tom, bambino, etc.) so consistently.
I understand your position.. but i still think that if someone finds a way to get a better score.. A way how it was achieved should be shared too.. It’s a community after all, so i see no point in just entering some sick lucky score without a comment…
If someone thinks their scores will be beaten after the strategy is shared and that’s the reason for not sharing.. ok i can live with it.. But some comments can be made after the tournament is finished..

I will vouch for CCJolly. He is a very good player and a Nester friend. He has no reason to cheat and is very honest, in my opinion. Just so you know, he is Austrian and speaks limited English. So he may be reluctant to share his strats. Lemme ask him to share (in German). See if he responds. brb :)

As may have noticed.. I’ve said.. I’m not telling its fake or cheated score.. I simply am really curious about the method to do it.. and the platform..
I dont own an iPad or iPhone.. only simple android smartphone.. but I’m working at a electronics store and I’ve acces to all platforms… not on the weekends.. but still.
No matter what am I trying I’m not able to beat CC Jolly :) so knowing where and what am I lacking to do so whould be really cool :)

No problem:) I’ve been curious about CC Jolly, too. He’s a really nice guy but I think may have a hard time describing his strats in English. I sent him a message (below). Let’s see if he responds. I’d like t know his strats, too, but have been reluctant to ask because of possible language barrier, which I think may be a reason why he may be reluctant to share his strats, that is, the language barrier. Of course, I could be entirely wrong :) We’ll see :)
Btw, His platform listed on his profile is an iPhone. Now THAT blows my mind because I have to wear reading glasses even on a large screen iPad! Hehehe…. (I’m old :)

I have spoken to CC Jolly. He would be glad to share his strats in the future. He is shy, though, and could be self-conscious about writing in English. It also takes a lot of time thinking and writing in another language. Trust me, I know how it feels :) I offered to translate for him, if he wants, but that offer could be misconstrued as an insult. Please feel free to befriend him on ABN and start a dialogue. Use plain, simple English with proper grammar. Avoid slang or idioms, which is very difficult for a non-English speaker to understand, let alone appreciate the humor :)
I am aware that you were not questioning his scores, but would rather just like to know his strats and how he does it, especially on an iPhone! He said he’ll try to be more participative in the future and share his strats. Just be sensitive to the fact that his descriptions may be a bit hard to understand because he’s doing his best to write and describe in a foreign language. Very hard to do! I’ve tried on German game sites. They laugh at my German (or Dutch) and poke fun at me, which is not very encouraging for me to remain participatory :(
Keep him as a friend and communicate regularly disregarding the language barrier thing. I’m just sayin’ :)
I enjoy playing with you, so to speak :) and I’m always interested in reading your strats and comments, especially when I get stuck. ABN is a social forum, afterall. I love it!

ich habe heute leider Nachtdienst als Sanitäter und kann nicht immer online sein. Aber ich werde in Zukunft schauen dass ich bestimmte Strategien beschreiben werde. Bitte lass mich in Zukunft wissen welche Levels wichtig sind. Aber wie ich sehe hast du auch sehr gute Top Scores!!
