@sal9 Looks like your walk through vid’s are all one file. Not a problem for me. Just need to advance to the one you wish to see.

iPad Mini with PUs – 2 birds for 231k. Top score on Nest for now, but it won’t last long. Other friends on FB already have me beat. They just haven’t posted here yet :)

Takes many attempts and a lot of PUs on iOS. This level probably favors PC.
0) BQ to bring down all three towers (took me several dozen attempts to bring everything down);
1) FLW+Jingle to sweep center and right floor, then quickly change slings before level times out;
2) Black+Bone or Golden to center of lower left ice pit and donuts.

Tough level uses up a lot of PUs :)

@dseufert Do you happen to have a PC to play on?

From my experience no level favors PC unless you have a great video card (desktop) or great integrated graphics (laptop).

My best laptop has Intel HD 4000 integrated graphics (which was pretty damn good 4 years ago), and I could always get a higher score on my Kindle Fire before it became obsolete for ABF. I have an iPhone 4s, which works great, slices though stuff like butter. Only problem is the tiny screen. I need to get some more powerful readers. lol

Anyway, thanks for sharing your strat. Hardly anyone did during the last tournament. I will give it a try on Bluestacks.

Thanks for your strat @dseufert
Note: If you start the level, wait about 15 to 20 seconds, then the last tower drobs by itself ;-)

@ron14 Yes, I have a fast PC but it is configured and optimized for audio production, not video or gaming. I haven’t used my PC (or Bluestacks) to play ABF in over a year. My wife was a teacher of middle-school and high school students before she retired. It is jam-packed full of educational software to aide in teaching English to native Spanish-speakers, so it’s not good for ABF. My MacBook is fast but I rarely use it for ABF except to collect bird coins from friends who exchange gifts regularly. Our iPhone displays are too small to play effectively. That leaves my iPad Mini, which is the device that I use 99% of the time to play ABF. Some weeks seem to favor mobile devices running iOS or Android including Bluestacks on PC while other weeks favor PC running ABF through Facebook. There’s an old thread in the Nest’s forum page (under AB Friends) that discusses various platforms, devices, and browsers. It was helpful at the time, but I haven’t looked in quite a while, so am unsure if it’s still up-to-date. –MB :)
